Love the salads the poppy seed with the strawberries and chicken and all the fruit. They could use a little bit more meat on the sandwiches. But I don't usually get those. I just get the salads. Maybe because of that.. but it's still really good. I mean, don't get me wrong. It's really good still. Most time, I just take off the top part of the bread and just eat the bottom that way. I'm not eating all bread. Lol love you guys!

We stopped by this Panera Bread location while traveling and had a great experience. Our order was prepared correctly, and everything was fresh. We ordered bread bowl soups for the kids and “You Pick Two” meals for the adults - everything was served just as expected.
Coffee cups were provided promptly, and the overall service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained; we even noticed a team member actively dusting, which was a nice sign of attention to detail.

I love coming to Panera, the food there is amazing and the staff are so nice especially Ro. She has such a beautiful smile and took time to explain the entire menu to me and when the food was ready, she even brought it to our table. I always look forward to seeing her. Love the atmosphere, love this place!!

Stopped here today to get food for my wife who is very ill. She got her fav salad cause she loves the dressing and a sandwich. The sandwich has a giant hair in it which she had to pull out of her mouth. So I went to get the salad for her and yall forgot the dressing. Awful experience. Don't want a refund. Will never go back and no one else should either.

Have not been to this Panera before. Ordered coffee with extra milk and 3 splenda. At drive thru they couldn't find order then finally gave me coffee. Didn't realize till I got where I was going they gave me black coffee. I don't drink black coffee. Not a good experience.

The order taker Dani was very unfriendly. We ordered to eat in and when our order was called it was all bagged up to go. I bought a bagel after that and had to especially ask multiple times for an extra plate so we could put out to go orders on plates. I didn’t know when we ordered bagels to ask for it to be toasted and the order taker was annoyed that I asked about my order cause I didn’t know to ask for it to be toasted. I got coffee and truly it was not hot coffee. :( over all Dani could have made it a better day for herself and other by being glad to help. The big guy in the back Aaron was really sweet and helpful to his co workers and fulfilling orders. Aaron made me glad to had ate in. My family and I won’t be back here again but rather go to the Panera on airport.
Customes service sucks! Once again! And so does the food! Once again. This is what I got and there was 5 or 6 employees there! Not one of them can do it right! Glad I spent my hard earned money for this! I went through the drive thru and had to then go inside to get a receipt. It should be on the bag. Can we say refund! Can't wait till Sheetz opens!
Went through drive thru to pick up order ( app order). Van in front of me must have had a very big order, cause it took a long time. The girl told her to pull to the front of the store. I pull up to the window nobody was there for quite some time, I could see my order sitting there. Finally the girl comes up and says she has the big order all together someone needs to take it out front. She gets my order and says hope you have a better day rudely. I hadn't even said anything but my name at this point. I said you could have given me my food ( on my lunch break) instead of doing her order, or not sent her around front Made no sense, she said yea I could of. And then told me to have a better day. Won't go there again. Which upsets me cause I like there food.

My husband went out and got me the cheese steak sandwich. I ate half the sandwich. Then I noticed a LIVE MAGGOT crawling in the sandwich wrapper? I came here to read reviews and sure enough a couple other people said they found maggots as well. This is so gross. We’ve also had pieces of wood in soups from Panera often. We will never get Panera again.
