Worst Panera experience ever. I ordered my food after about 15 mins of waiting I was told they did not forget out me. There was not hazelnut coffee, it took 30 mins to get a sandwich and 2 bagels. I asked for it to go it was delivered as dine in. The bagels were burnt. I would drive by this one and go to any other Panera.

Always good food. I had the whole Italian sandwich with chicken soup. My wife had the Caesar salad and it was plentiful with the corn chowder. We will do that again.

Our food was good, but the cinnamon roll I bought was stale. If you bake desserts in the morning, you know by 6pm they're old. However, that will never happen again.

DO NOT EAT HERE‼️ I order a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich started eating it and ate about half of it and I looked down to take another bite and there was a MAGGOT baked into the bread. I am absolutely disgusted, I ate half of that and possibly could of ingested a maggot without knowing.

No hair net's, food server's breaking down boxes and not changing their plastic gloves. Steak and Swiss sub's had hardly any steak/ it's a mostly bread sandwich. And the sandwich makers are talking over your food. Finally Steak and Swiss sub's are definitely not worth $12 or 13 bucks.# NEVER

It's very frustrating to specifically order something without tomatoes because you loathe the taste and texture of them and get home to find soggy gross tomatoes leaking their juice all over your flatbread. Not even reheating got rid of all the excess moisture and ruined the experience for me.
This Panera is the best in the area. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. The food is amazing. Keep up the great work Panera staff!

How do you exist when you are out of the bread component of a regular menu item and common bagel varieties at 9:00 in the morning? As a business owner, I'd really be reconsidering the management staff that drops the ball on my customer service and sales. Ended up with a drink and no food.

Placed my order online through Panera app and they failed to call me to tell me they were out of the $5 cookie I ordered and gave me the wrong soup. Then they told the driver to tell me to contact door dash for my money back. When I called them it took 15 minutes and 5 phone calls to get through. Vince, the manager found my order and comped my dinner. This is the 5th time in the past several months this location has messed up super expensive fast food. The employees are completely rude and make panera look bad. I'm embarrassed for the company! I worked at panera in college and it's clear that their level of satisfaction no longer exists. Literally Wendy's next door gives yoi better food and customer service. Google doesn't even let you review panera locations...wonder how much that cost to hide your crappy reviews
