Ordered the chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt and they forgot an ingredient. It's literally 5 things. Bread, pepperoni, chicken, mozzarella, and tomato bell pepper sauce. Left my pregnant wife to grab a bite to eat. Thanks for leaving the bell pepper sauce off of it and charging me $13 for a dry sandwich. No I didn't say anything. Had to get back to my wife.

I went to the one in Toledo Hospital and I bought a large chicken soup and it was more like a small. I also bought 2 orange juices. To me it tasted like diet food.Parking: No problem parking.

We were there early on Thursday, June 29 TH . 2023 ,, 8:30 am , to be exact . Not too many people ..Mackenzie went out of her way to help me with order and coffee . Gina and the rest were also friendly and helpful.We have to come back to the hospital three more times and will definitely come to Panera .I will see if I have time to go to get lunch .We have to understand that this place is not the regular, full size Panera and that they don’t have the full many .BJ

This Panera has the most attentive staff. They are happy to help or to give you a minute to make a selection.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is inside the ground floor of Toledo Hospital, so wheelchair access is available from the parking lot to the café.

I don't even give them one star. They were advertising a sandwich and didn't have any of that bread. It was not to clean in there. We went back up to our family's room. I got our food out and there was a broken off sub. It was so,disgusting. We will not ever go back.

A-hole at receptions desk refused to let me thru JUST AFTER BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL. Extremely rude. Don't go if the heavy set man with glasses is working. Made me explain myself for about 10minutes then called security! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

Online orders to be delivered. No drivers and order canceled. Tried again tonight. Half my sons meal was missing. Then was told they were out of the soup.we wanted. Get it together!!!

I ordered using the app and accepted that my order may be delayed because I ordered about noon on a Saturday. This location is always busy, but my order was a half hour late and I wasn't aware of the self service requirement for beverages. I had to get into two additional lines just to grab my tea and lemonade. Nightmare. Next time if you're near the mall try another option.Parking: There's parking options but it's usually full.
