Great tasting pizza,wings and garlic knots. They don't deliver as far as I live but the food is worth the drive. Reasonably priced,nice customer service and good food is always a winning combination.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not have basic items. Delivery driver sat in the lobby on his phone while one man did everything else. Crust was flaky and pizza varied in thickness. Pepperoni had a funny taste to it, some of it was super crispy. I'll stick to the Holland-Sylvania location.

I'm absolutely disappointed. I like Papa John's pizza. However, I ordered a veggie pizza with extra cheese (paid extra) and no cut because I'm religious and was afraid they would use the same cutter they use for meat. Not only did I tip the service, but I got the COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR. I don't usually face these issues, but I'm really opposite and felt like I saw my money go down the drain.

Asked to talk to a manager an I got one. Then said there was a problem with my pizza. Was told by the manager that she wasn’t doin nothing about it. An then asked for her name and was told she wasn’t giving it. This place is trash never get the pizza right customer service sucks.

Dry no toppings or cheese this was the 2nd time I got two pizza each time that was like that I took this order back because I was unhappy it kept happening the owner Shawn John what ever his name was was very cocky and rude acted very initled and treated me like I was a beneath him had a cocky smirk on his face like the situation was funny like he loved talking to me like that infront of his employees like he enjoyed the audience the blonde girl working gave me I’m having and affair with the owner vibes the way she was condoning his cocky arrogant attitude instead of the customer the only one understanding was the manager who was very polite and understanding I will never go back there again and I was a loyal customer I ordered from there a lot but the last two times it was very disappointing and the way he treated me was disgusting and I hope he enjoyed the pizza. I returned that I spit on and I watched him eat it.
