I used to LOVE your pizza, I just had one and the crust and sauce are still great but the pepperoni is so thin I couldn't taste it at all, the same for the green peppers I can see them but can't taste them because they are so thin and the mushrooms I can't even see or taste so they must be cut so small. You just lost a customer!! To top it off I ordered online and it said it would send me an email as to when my pizza would be done and they never did send it I had to call the store to find out

So the pizza was very good, but the music is so loud you can't hear the cashier and they can't hear you. That makes it difficult when picking up an order.

I ordered through the Papa John's app. The doordasher didn't bring half of my order. When I mentioned that to her she said there's nothing she could do. I called the store and they told me that they will send someone out right away with the rest of my order. 1 hour later I called back to see where the driver was. Lindsay (manager) told me that they were still waiting for a dashers and all she could do was cancel it. She was very rude and unprofessional, at one point she said it's only been 55 minutes. I will never order from here again.

I called as I was concerned my order was incorrect. She said there was nothing she could do because thats what the online order said. However, her customer service was lacking and when I told her that she hung up on me. Not the way to deal with your unhappy customers. Wont go there again

Instructions were not followed. If you don’t know how to do a half and half pizza why offer them? No cheese. Too much sauce when I asked for light sauce. And pepperoni was put on the half meant for someone that does not eat pork instead of only on the other half. Was also not well done like I asked. They did absolutely NOTHING right. Never ordering here again.

So the specialty pizza wasn't special at all, hardly any toppings on it. Got the Italian one. Seemed like wasn't much cheese on pizza or cheese bread. Sorry I wouldn't recommend this place, save your money, little Caesars pizza is better and actually has cheese on it.. so in the years I have not been there, it still hasn't changed.
