My first time ordering here, I picked up in-store. The online ordering was easy, and my order was done on time and tasted good when I got back home. Was a little confused by the parking area, but that’s mostly because there are other businesses and an apartment complex that all seemed wedged together with Papa John’s. No matter, we parked, went in, and were back out with our order within a couple minutes.

So friendly! Very clean store in fact one of the cleanest papa John's I've been too. And they add those free hot peppers and one or two free dipping sauces. My delivery customer was very happy and had order it from over 20 minutes away which must mean something about this papa John's. Plus they're one of my favorite pizza chains.

Employees hair was baked into our pizza. Two different color hairs as well. Not only in one slice, but multiple. This is gross and a waste of money.

Placed an order last night at 7:12. It wasn’t delivered until 8:30. Was supposed to be delivered by Papa John’s. Door dash delivered it instead by the store’s choice. The driver was waiting for over 15 minutes at the store to pick up the food. Food was cold and pizza was hardened when I received it. Same thing happened last time I ordered. I’m not going back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! This location is closer to me and I've never been dissatisfied with their food before or Service. Today I ordered four papadias and I specifically asked for MARINARA SAUCE ONLY for all of four papadias! I get home ready to eat.. Two of the papadias were burnt and crispy.. guess what.. they put ranch in three of the boxes and 1 marinara..Why would I want ranch if I have a big bottle of ranch at home!! Called store.. of course manager wants me to travel back to the store in the dense fog outside. I told her I was already at home, her reply..I'm not sure what to do? How about this.. don't overcook food ..pay attention to the order that you clearly read back to me that says marinara sauce only!! My mistake is I let my husband go in the store. Normally I go in and open everything to make sure my order is correct!😡😡

Delivery guy was so thirsty to go home he left my pizza at the wrong address and I clearly had the correct info on my receipt please get drivers that car about they job
Ordered a pasta dish and it was delivered like this. The manager did offer a refund or replacement that’s why I gave 3 stars. However the inconvenience is why I still posted. I did NOT eat the pasta because I felt like it had met the ground. Hopefully the delivery driver will be more careful in the future or at least have the decency to say he had an accident instead taking my tip like he did a good job.

I do not recommend Papa John’s. I got the XL NY style pizza and it was dried out when I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it. Very stingy on the cheese and just plain DRY. I can deal with the fact that I could hardly understand the person who took the order. But the quality of the pizza was like a 2 out of 10. Maybe that’s how they like their pizza in New York. But I want cheese and sauce on my pizza.
