Our pizza has been delicious and made correctly every time. We get pizza here once a month or so. Their garlic breadsticks and garlic knots are great!

The employees straight up lie. My pizza was missing toppings. They told me they would make a new pizza. Not 3 minutes later the new pizza is ready. Because all they did was throw the toppings on the pizza and gave it to me. The manager said this was normal and would not refund me.

You want call and place an order with ur local Papa John, instead of the actual local store taling ur order a random India based answering service wants to take ur order. Like I'm gonna give a foreign 3rd party, Idon't know, my credit card information, to order a pizza. No thank you!

Used to love them but now it seems like everytime I order there is an excuse as to why they are way late on the order... now when the expected delivery is supposed to be here I get a notification that my pizza is running late... call store and they havent even made it. The person offered nothing for the delay and now i have to wait 30 more minutes, if I am lucky. Now a full 15 minutes AFTER it was the latest time they gave on the app it is just now baking. They always say they are understaffed and busy. Dont promise a pizza time and then add time every time. False advertisement if you ask me. Done with them and would give negative stars if possible. Sad because this is my favorite pizza.

I picked up my order 25 minutes after placing the order. Once I got there I was told the oven was not get hot enough. Although they claim that my pizza had been cook 3x it still will take 20 more minutes and they wasn't sure if it would be done then. My issue with this I could have been called ahead of time before I wasted gas and time coming there.Highly disappointed will not go back there again.Update: After I left this message three minutes later I get a call from the manager Brian.I explained how I was unhappy that they couldn't call. He decided to hang up on me. I did not raise my voice nor did I cuss at him. What horrible service.Get out of customer service Brian if you can't handle it.

I felt like pizza, and I decided to order delivery from Pappa John's (I had never ordered from there before). Their website allowed me to specify when I wanted the pizza to be delivered, so I indicated 5:30. At about 4:30 the pizza showed up an hour early. On top of that the pizza was barely warm, and certainly not hot. Plus most of the toppings had been dislodged from the pizza, like the box had been dropped. This was, by far the worst delivery pizza I had ever gotten. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Pappa John's anytime soon, and certainly not from this Holland-Sylvania location. If you want a decent pizza, go somewhere else.

Usually satisfied, but tonight after the 25 minute drive home I discovered both pizzas I ordered and half the garlic knots were burnt. Not what I'd expect for the price I'd rather have quality over speed. The crew however were very nice.

Pizza was decent and what was expected. They did not notify us that Papa John's would not deliver the pizza. They used DoorDash without telling us that they don't deliver their own pizza. When the DoorDash driver arrived, I asked her if she was affiliated with Papa John's. She said no. I asked her if she receives the tip I gave. She said no. I didn't have any cash at home so I couldn't tip her. She then told me that whenever we tip through the app, the store keeps the tip. When the driver left, I called the store. The store manager told me that the driver was lying and the tip gets sent to DoorDash. When I asked for the tip to be reversed on my bill, the store manager got very defensive and said that he wouldn't do that. When I asked why not, he said he just wouldn't. I then asked for the district managers name and the store manager said he couldn't give me that name because the district manager was "too busy." He said if I have a problem I can call corporate. He then got really cocky when I asked for his name. Won't go back here again.

Hadn’t even started making my order when I arrived for pick up. After waiting another 10 minutes they still hadn’t even started it. Canceled order and left.

Placed an order at 6pm with an estimated wait time of 90-103 minutes. We decided to wait it out, at 730pm we called for a status update and got told there was only one person in the building, one driver that hasn’t been seen in awhile and couldn’t be given a time on how long it would be. I then asked if the order was done because i would come pick it up instead of doing delivery, i was the told the order hadn’t even been started. After offering to pick the order up i then got told it would still be quite a wait for it. Absolutely ridiculous, only got an apology after canceling my order because we had already waited an hour and a half. Beyond upset with how it was handled, not to mention the person working at the store is a store manager from another location …. That’s how they handle these situations i guess.
