The food was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. I haven’t eaten at a Penn Station in years, and since I recently moved near one, my wife and I decided to give it another try on Sunday, Sept 7, 11:15ish AM.
I ordered an Italian grilled sub with banana peppers on one half. While it was being made, I politely asked if they could also add extra tomatoes to the half with the banana peppers. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the worker spoke to me in a rude manner, in front of other customers, saying:
“Moving forward, you’ll need to order two small subs instead, because we can’t put two different toppings on one sub.”
Since they had no problem putting banana peppers on only half, I assumed adding tomatoes would be just as reasonable. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Because of the way I was spoken to, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. There’s no reason to speak to customers in that way. it was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Im giving this place a one star due to multiple things happening in one transaction, first my food sat behind the counter, i had to address the employee about my order to finally receive it secondly the order was made wrong, and when i went back inside i physically showed them the wrong made food they said they would remake it for me they did not ask me for the food so i gave it to my daughter , after 5 to 10 min after giving the wrong made food to my daughter they came up to me and told me i needed to bring back my wrong made food just to throw it away!!

4 years since my last review and I still swear by this place! I did a mobile order, for the 1st time with them tonight, and everything was perfect! I even got eye contact when I was handed my bags and a thank you! It's the little things 🥰

This is one of the few places that always pulls through! I absolutely love their fresh cut fries!! My go to is the Italian sub which always hits the spot. Again their fresh cut fries will definitely make you do your happy dance. At the time of this review they are also running a deal where you can get a small sub for $4.99, so of course I had to take advantage of that.

I’ve been eating Penn Station for a very long time and this location is by far my best experience yet. The cheesesteak is elite and the fries lived up to their name as well. The manager is super nice. I’ll remember the meal I had here forever. The food was that good.
