Worth the wait! Penn Station East Coast Subs has been a bucket list must try for awhile now. I must say I was very impressed. I'd give this business a solid 7/10 we shall return!

We got 4 small subs and a large frie for lunch. They were all delicious especially the Dagwood. later in the evening the sub I had left was still just as delicious as when I purchased it 6hrs earlier.

Wow. Pure disappointment. Eaten Penn Station probably 1000 times. Today this sub has basically no meat on it. That's pretty crappy.
UPDATE. They asked me to fill out their form, and I was contacted by this location owner. He apologized and said he'd send me some coupns. We'll, that was over a month ago. Pretty sad.

The food was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. I haven’t eaten at a Penn Station in years, and since I recently moved near one, my wife and I decided to give it another try on Sunday, Sept 7, 11:15ish AM.
I ordered an Italian grilled sub with banana peppers on one half. While it was being made, I politely asked if they could also add extra tomatoes to the half with the banana peppers. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the worker spoke to me in a rude manner, in front of other customers, saying:
“Moving forward, you’ll need to order two small subs instead, because we can’t put two different toppings on one sub.”
Since they had no problem putting banana peppers on only half, I assumed adding tomatoes would be just as reasonable. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Because of the way I was spoken to, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. There’s no reason to speak to customers in that way. it was unnecessary and unprofessional.
