Staff was friendly, food was wonderful (bread was perfectly toasted). Got my order perfect and they were quick about it, and prices were reasonable. I don't usually eat at Penn Station often, but after this experience, I will be coming back more!

The Italian was warm and delicious. Husband always gets the Cheese steak. But where are the fries that are just put in the bag?? Last 2 times gipped on fries! Husband said did you eat them on the way home ???

I always place my order online and pay cash at the store only this place and Vito's will let you order online and pay cash. They have a veggie sub that I am obsessed with. Last time I was there I noticed AFTER I had been cashed out that there was a sign on the cookie tray that sId they were out and I had ordered a cpl through the app for my kids. So I asked about it and the kid was so polite and said he had already pulled mine aside ?. The kids there always look pissed off...
