Jay is a delightful person and definitely deserves a raise. This is probably the best sub spot in Toledo the staff is super friendly and the food is amazing! Tysm for making my holiday with tonight's experience!

Stopped in for dinner around 8:45/9pm on Wednesday March 27th! Although they were pretty busy and the customers in front of us were pretty rude to the workers, The two young ladies (Aubrey and Mackenzie i believe they said when i asked) working held their composure and stress perfectly! I got one Regular size sub and the food was amazing and not rushed at all for how busy they were and was still very fresh and hot! Customer service was amazing and both girls were extremely nice and friendly :) 10/10 experience and will definitely be back !

I ordered the grilled spicy Italian on white bread I though I order the wrong thing but I realized it was right and to the workers I apologize that was my mistake the sub was absolutely delicious and I'm gonna continue to shop with Penn Station

Ordered a large cold sandwich for pick up. Went back because I got a small. Went back again because the sandwiches were warm. Alber refunded my order, but I did not appreciate her attitude towards me when I requested a refund. I was inconvenienced twice for a simple order, and lost my appetite entirely. I took 2 bites, and not a sip of my drink. "That's not a reason to get a refund, but I will do it only this one time." After that experience with such lack of care, I will not be coming back.

Walked in and stared to look at menu. I read 1 item and the cashier starting yelling questions to me and my wife I felt it was rude and I felt rushed then every1 in here appears to be very mute and not smiling or energetic in the least it’s almost a depressing
