Finally a good pho place in Toledo! The food quality is great and the brisket is fabulous. I recommend the Bun Bo Hue, it was delicious along with the special pho. We arrived just in time and the staff was very gracious to seat us. Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing if you plan to dine in.

This place has thee best pho in Toledo! We were sad when Pho Viet Nam shut down, but their son has carried on and elevated the legacy! My husband gets the egg fried noodles and loves those too.

Food is good but waitress is so so so rude. I have never seen this kind of such rude person so far. Charging 18% mandatory is illegal. As customers side tip should be adjusted in a way. You will loose customers. I will check with Labor department for 18% mandatory tip matter. For owner you should train waitress properly how to communicate with customers
Food is always top tier for takeout and dine in. Truly one of my favorite places to eat at in Toledo. They are worth the 18% gratuity fee and MORE. The new staff members are sweet as well. No complaints here!! ??

I love this food. However what I don't love is the fact that they have now forcefully added in 18% gratuity if you want to sit down and eat. I was told it was because they had a bad dining experience once. I'm sorry but when you own a restaurant you open yourself up to possible bad experiences, what you DON'T do is force people to pay an extra 18% because they sat down inside your establishment. I didn't know they added an 18% gratuity until I was paying for my bill and saw it on there. They don't tell you until your meal is over and you are paying for it. They lost quite a few regular customers because of that. I'm never going back.

I loved loved loved this place !!!! The young lady that used to take me orders ( Ki ) was awesome!!!! But I went in there about a week ago and placed my order with a friendly young man and left a two dollar tip on the counter for my to-go order . Then I remembered I forgot to order extra veggies so I got my card out and walked up to the counter to ask if I could add extra veggies and had my card in my hand( because I didn't have anymore cash since I gave it to him as a tip) . He proceeds to tell me it's no problem and he will just throw it in the bag . I again offered to swip my card for the two dollars it was going cost for the extra veggies and he said no . Then when my order was ready the young man comes over to me and apologized because his boss ( THE OWNER )told him he had to charge me the two dollars. I am in this restaurant at least once a week if not two times a week . The owner just looked at me swip my card for 2 dollars and I felt it was distasteful and rude . Needless to say unfortunately that's my last time there .

I ordered a Thai iced tea, summer roll, and the rare small pho. The food was delicious, no complaints there. Service was somewhat slow and the automatic 18% gratuity added to your bill should be clearly posted or stated prior to ordering as not everyone will be factoring that into their budget. Food was 5 stars, but the service and auto gratuity took it down to a 4. I paid $35 for one person.
