Food was good especially the fried shrimp ( literally the BEST). I’m always a little taken back by not having the sriracha & hoisin on the tables like other places. The amount that comes with the pho is not sufficient for the portion size so you will need more. There’s one server that’s awesome ( I think her name is Mariah ) She’s typically there when I visit and appears to have things under control even when it’s packed. I do feel they need more waitstaff however she holds her own & everyone receives prompt service.

This is the best food that I’ve had in my entire life. We ordered the Pork Gyoza & Scallop Pearls, Shrimp Chips, Phoxy's Special Phở -Dac Biet, and The Omnivore- Bún thịt. Every bite of every dish gave feelings of adventure and comfort simultaneously. The balanced flavors and complexity are unmatched. It’s rare that food can delight your tastebuds and somehow your spirit as well. The food is also beautiful and fresh. The atmosphere very cool, contemporary, and lively-every table was taken on Friday night. The service was stand out! Phoxy Pho has so much attention to detail in their food, the atmosphere and the service. You would be remiss if you missed this Toledo Gem.

They do bring one plate for pho to share, so specify if you want your own. We didnt know and she was nice about correcting it!
