This is twice in a row when ordering from them that there has been something wrong with the order. A month ago, I ordered online and once I arrived to see if my order was ready, the order was missing. The girl at the front desk had not even printed it off from Clover (platform used for ordering and paying). They quickly prepared it but unfortunately, they were out of the Banh mi bites. They fulfilled the rest of the order and refunded me for the appetizer.
I decided to try them again and this time I called in my order just after they opened at 5 pm. I knew they were going to be busy since it was Feb 14th and a Sat night. I ordered the Banh mi bites and the Phoxy Duo (meatballs and steak). Once home, I opened everything up and the steak looked raw. I threw it in a pot to cook further since I didn't want to drive back. After it looked decent, I realized they didn't include the bean sprouts, limes, jalapeno, Thai basil mix in a bag along with the extra sauces to give it more spice. So disappointed.
So for anyone else who orders for delivery and take out, make sure you double check that everything is included since they once again missed the mark.

The atmosphere is very nice and clean and the food is beyond amazing!! I like the payment style (just go to the counter and pay as you leave). I'm not very knowledgeable on Vietnamese food but I would have loved trying some beef dishes other than pho, but there's vegan and pescatarian options.

I would give the atmosphere 5 stars but it was a little too cold for me. Small space, good flow.
Pretty bad. We ordered a large bowl of the brisket and steak pho to share and while the steak was cooked the brisket was completely raw. Not rare, raw. It did not cook in the hot broth although we gave it time. It was also 95% fat. The display of large gelatinous hunks of raw fat in the bowl turned off our appetites. The dirty clogged toilet didn't help either.
They also refused to bring us chili oil even though they had it and we were happy to pay extra. We would have had to order it with the pho, apparently. How bizarre.
I am feeling ill after eating here.

Food was delicious with a great ambience. Our servers were super nice and friendly, and the service was fast. The food presentation was excellent. And holy portions! The large pho is an insane amount of food. It’s massive. I’ve never seen a portion that big anywhere before. We needed two containers to bring it home, lol. We had leftovers for two more meals. Definitely coming back.

Food was good especially the fried shrimp ( literally the BEST). I’m always a little taken back by not having the sriracha & hoisin on the tables like other places. The amount that comes with the pho is not sufficient for the portion size so you will need more. There’s one server that’s awesome ( I think her name is Mariah ) She’s typically there when I visit and appears to have things under control even when it’s packed. I do feel they need more waitstaff however she holds her own & everyone receives prompt service.
