Came here for the first time in a WHILE the other day. Was craving some yummy italian food. They have a lot of options and the menu was a little confusing to me, I won’t lie. It seemed like a Chipotle style setup where you move down the line but the menu had a lot of pre-assembled options on it and the employees weren’t very helpful about explaining the process. Please don't expect to get service at the window, even if you order ahead online. Apparently, walk-in customers will be priority then you will be "behind" all of them. We waited 18 minutes and online it says this is a time that is less busy than usual and usually no wait. One make your own bowl was missing a lot of the veggies selected. Pepperoni stick was not even wrapped. But we got a free cookie for our $46 order
