Great food, lobster bisque and salads shine. I've only done drive thru pick up, which is easy after ordering online. Friendly folks at pick up, but remember that you cannot add to your order from the pick up line.
Honestly, the food is amazing and is the main reason I keep coming back. However, the customer service could really use some improvement. The front staff often come across as rude or uninterested, and there’s rarely a greeting when you walk in. It’s disappointing because the team in the back seems great, but the ones at the counter — who customers interact with most — really affect the overall experience.

Extremely chaotic behind the counter, nobody knows what they’re doing and it’s a lot of mistakes being made. This location needs help and organization. The food was decent! Just waited 15 mins for something that should have taken 5.
