Food took over an hour to finally get delivered. Was old and cold despite living a minute away from the store. Driver forgot half of our order which we had to go back in and get. The girl working the counter was so high she couldnt even understand what i was upset about because she claimed she made my missing food. Well where was it??? And to top this all off, we tried to get in touch with customer service and its absolutly impossible to get ahold of a real person.

This place is under new! Management and are starting to clean up the messes others left. New faces, cleaner and they have a Entertaining guy there that does Animal Balloons and Magic as well as an interesting puppet thats part robot!? You can usually see them on Wednesday nights you just never know whats next! They also have All You Can Eat on Wednesday nights from 5-7:30pm. Prices are $9.99 plus your drink is extra. Kids under 2 free.

We ordered a pizza from them yesterday. At least three slices had long brown hair in them. The hair definitely came from the establishment and was cooked into the pizza. Someone there needs a hair net, gross.
We didn't contact them to rectify it because we don't want anymore pizza from them, so I can't speak to how they may have handled it if we did.

I ordered a large spicy Hawaiian pizza with extra sauce. There was next to no sauce on the pizza it had like 6 pieces of jalapeño hardly any pineapple. My parents were not happy after eating a slice and decided to return it for a refund. I was refused a refund because 4 of 8 slices were already eaten. This is why I avoid pizza hut, but my Pops had a taste for it. Had a taste of it and didn't want anymore.

The employees at this Pizza Hut were the best. They were very nice and helpful. The pizza was maybe the best I've had from PH in a while.

I ordered two pizzas, both were wrong. One specifically was supposed to have no cheese and they added tons of cheese. The other one was supposed to have cheese and a ton of other toppings and they barely put anything on it that I asked for. I called to try to ask about it and they put to a call center then transferred me to the store. After being transferred to the store they never picked up so I got sent back to the call center 4-5 times. After that they finally picked up and then they set the phone down and walked away. This establishment is literally awful. The rest of the reviews on this are accurate. Also I got wings and they were literally sitting in a puddle of sauce. When removing the cheese from the pizza that was supposed to have no cheese I noticed the dough was barely cooked. I’ll be emailing corporate and calling the day shift today for a full refund. Don’t get pizza from here, save yourself and your money.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any restrictions they aren’t going to accommodate them. They are going to Ignore all instructions and then refuse to do anything about it or pickup the phone.

I called six different stores on my birthday to deliver a pizza and was told to call and tell other employees that they deliver to my home. Wouldn’t give me any name of any employee I talked to. The food was not good at all either. Pizza Hut went from being my favorite place to eat for pizza, to the worst overall customer experience and customer service ever. This was a childhood staple to me and I now will never pass it on to my children because Pizza Hut has went downhill so badly and the employees aside for their few excellent workers, there is a plethora of terrible workers with no respect for customers.

First of had delivery and they forgot a pepperoni lovers pizza and I called the store 3 times to be hung on than my wife calls and they say the delivery guy told them he gave it to us so I proceed to the store 10 minutes away being promised my pizza would be ready to me showing up. Spoke to someone they said the manager will be up her shortly and I waited 30 minutes till she finally came to the front and said " they are working on it, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on." As she walked off. I proceeded to wait 10 more minutes and she comes out being rude and then tells me I'm rude and I inform her I'm gonna call corporate and she literally said "good luck" and I said " this is how you treat customers" and three people came from the back and told me to leave. Will never order from this store again.
