Overall I had great experiences with this store on sylvaina Ave but this last time was not a good experiences my food was cold my pizza didn't hardly have any sauce on it was like cheese toast I was told my pizza wasn't ready when it had been sitting in the hot case for 20 mins I wasn't happy at

Just talked to District Manager (Greg) who called my cell phone regarding an order placed and told me I would not get my $15 credit (for 2 bad experiences) because the managers didn't go through HIM. Offered me a reduced credit. Greg, keep your credit. I will not patronize poor customer service. I can spend my money elsewhere and I did (Original Ginos). I also contacted corporate. You lost my business. Please go through management training again.
My last order made here was fantastic, manager was very helpful just pretty happy with the experience

I called to order and the lady her name was hannah I believe was absolutely wonderful she made my order beyond perfectly and she went above and beyond her duties I will definitely be ordering from this one again customer service was once again outstanding and if I could rate higher I would! not to mention my food was hot fresh and just perfect mind you in my photos this is after I started digging in so it looks slightly colder but when I received it it was just absolutely mouth watering delicious
