I called on what I would assume is a busy day ($2 Tuesdays) and he was so patient, so kind, and just so happy to help me with my questions and order. He double checked the answers he gave me which I so appreciated. Raymond, you are a gem! Thank you for your great service!!

The food was okay, but the food that we ordered wasn't right. I had to wait quite a while because they kept getting a guy's order wrong. It wasn't clean but not really dirty, it was dirty though.

Normally I don’t have any problems with Pizza Hut, but our order wasn’t right this time. The issue is, when you call to get it corrected, you get sent to their headquarters. It would be nice to be able to actually get in contact with the local shop rather than get transferred within the same unit 3 different times with a bunch of heavily accented individuals that done understand what you’re asking for. So if the local store would like to contact me, that’d be great 😡
