If I could give a zero I would. I ordered delivery 2 pies, wings and breadsticks. Order got there late wings and bread food. Pizza one undercooked pizza two was an empty box like not even a grease stain just empty. So I call and they say well you have to bring the order back up to prove it. I asked can I just send you a picture please hold called the GM and yep have to bring it up. I ordered delivery to not have to drive to the store. Then I get there staff rude saying over and over well he’s perfect. Like you sent out an empty box and it my fault other customers behind me couldn’t believe it or how I was treated. Now they did refund the order because I wasn’t going to sit and wait for them to remake it. Terrible customer service, and could have gone so much better. The one lady even said we live in America we can make mistakes. To the GM fire your non cook staff immediately or close your doors will never go back!

I order pizza from Pizza Hut on Glendale Avenue all the time this is the second time I order Pizza and it looks disgusting barely any cheese on it the slices aren't even cut right we have to tear it apart i will never order from this Pizza Hut On Glendale ever again

Got a large green pepper onion pizza with 4 sauces get the pizza home open it I'm like it looks weird ate some of the pizza discovered they gave me a old pizza #1was not a greasy pizza not at all it was warm not hot when I picked up after we ate a few found a long black hair I would like a remake slach refund and I been sick since I ate that pizza

Their pizza is decent, but I don't understand why they send free pizza rewards to my email, but then I'll always get this message (pic attached). It's the only Pizza Hut near my home, so it would be nice if they'd either honor the rewards or not send them to begin with.

Great service ? I had veggie pasta and cheese sticks. If only the veggies were cut a little smaller and the cheese sticks weren’t sticks but the food was still delicious.

I placed an order for delivery At the Glendale Ave restaurant and was missing a few things. I called "their" number to let them know and its not even their personal #. Its a call center! I tried telling the guy the issue just for him to cut me off and place me on hold to connect me with the glendale ave store who didnt pick up the phone! I had to call back the call center 3 times just to be interrupted cut off and put on hold for Glendale not to answer the phone! At this point the situation is still not resolved i still dont have missing items or a refund Because you cant all directly to them anymore and talk to the manager!!!

Pizza was very under done. Had to put it in the airfryer. The crust tasted like a frozen pizza. Could possibly be the worst pizza I have ever had.No one at the counter. Employees hanging out outside behind the store. Had to call for help.Would not reccomended.
