I ordered for a friend on the app. Was off by one house number and the order wa placed too soon. I had put in the time but it didn't save. Called the store immediately to stop the order. The guy who answered kept telling me they were too busy to help me. I told him I needed to cancel an order. He kept telling me to call back.
When i finally got through, the app told me the order was delivered. I told the manager I had been trying to call to cancel that order and I want a refund. She apologized, said she would get the order canceled and take care of it. I have not seen a refund yet.
Poor service. They either need to get more help that know what they are doing or close that location.

Waited over 30 mins in a crowded lobby, well past the ready time for our order. Witnessed people returning cold pizzas, pizzas with hair etc. some lady had ordered 2 hours and pizza wasn't ready. That is when I gave up and left after wasting the drive and time.

Was just here at roughly 1pm and was helped by a hard working woman behind the counter. She seemed to be the only one there, and was handling things in the kitchen and at the counter. Despite working her butt off, she provided me friendly, excellent customer service. I really appreciated her help in taking care of me.

Food was so dry and nasty I paid for delivery and tipped the driver just to be sent a link for door dash to deliver. So I have to Tipp the dasher cash. NEVER AGAIN

Called to order a pizza for lunch was put on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back today 3/7/25 @ 2:30pm somebody picked up the phone and hung up not once but twice work right down the street could see the parking lot was empty. Now I see why
