We ordered on a Saturday evening (today August 31) expecting it to take a while to be delivered. To my surprise, I received a text saying my order was out for delivery maybe 12 minutes after I ordered. Great! I live literally 2 minutes from the store, so it should get here soon. I didn't receive it until 30 minutes later. My food was cold. And they did not include the sauces for my bread. One was included in the price, but the other I paid extra for. Yeah, it's only 50cents but still, I paid for it, I should receive it.

Holland Pizzaroma, we have ordered from you several times, always being hopeful that our food will be good. Tonight's order was terrible. As usual, the order was burnt. The bottom of the pizza was black and inedible. The entire edge of our brownie was black as well. Last month our bread sticks were hard and charred. We are tired of wasting our money hoping that you will learn to cook.

Omg, I went in to pick up my pizza and the guy at the counter was picking his nose, then he ate it right in front of me. I was so disgusted I asked to see the manager to which he replied I am the manager. ??

This place used to be so good. The last four or five times we’ve ordered they completely messed up. Our food brought half of our food and then this last time they messed up our order and told us they would comp us $.50 on our next order. Absolutely ridiculous it’s a waste of time to order food from this place.

Called in a larger order and the guy on the phone was very helpful with the amount of people & how many pizzas to order!!When I arrived I was greeted by the friend staff & they had all my food ready and even helped me carry it out to my car!The pizza was so fresh hot and delicious! I definitely recommend them and do yourself a favor and get extra ranch it’s so good!

Don’t order from PizzAroma! Rude staff refused a refund to my credit card on chicken chunks that were not edible. After being treated like I was trying to get something for free after paying $88.00 on an order, they refused to refund me $9.00…I will never order from there again. Unprofessional…chef said that’s how they always cook their chicken chunks. Was finally offered in store credit which would have been useless, since I’d never eat there again. Sad because they actually had good pizza. Lost a loyal customer…do better PizzAroma!

Kid-friendliness: They allowed us to have 2 girl scout cookie booths at their location. Even allowed the girls to sell inside at one of them because of the cold windy weather outside!!

the pizza subs AND cheese bread are to die for hands down best I've ever had. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing everyone is so friendly and you're greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the doors. Every party we have we get pizzAroma and all of our friends/family have nothing but great things to say about the food. I highly recommend to everybody.

Looked up the Holland location on Google, was directed to their website where the only available number on the banner was another location. Called that number and placed my order, walked in the blistering cold to the Holland location, turns out wrong location. Get told I cannot place another order since the other location had my current order, not a feasible walking distance at all, and that if I didn’t they lose out on the $9 order so wouldn’t let me do another. I even suggested I would PAY FOR BOTH ORDERS so I could get food and was told no. Absolutely ridiculous customer service with no attempt at all to reconcile a mistake. Such a shame
