Ordered delivery through door dash, pizza came cold also cheese bread was burned on the bottom. Ordered cheese bread with garlic butter and paid extra for pizza sauce of which I did not receive. First time ordering from pizza Roma and last time too.

I got the build the pizza at home kit they offer for $6. Hands down the best $6 pizza I've had. I was suprised at the quality/quantity of ingredients to make one at home. They give you enough so that you don't have to skimp on any part of the pizza. Definitely will be going back.

We ordered on a Saturday evening (today August 31) expecting it to take a while to be delivered. To my surprise, I received a text saying my order was out for delivery maybe 12 minutes after I ordered. Great! I live literally 2 minutes from the store, so it should get here soon. I didn't receive it until 30 minutes later. My food was cold. And they did not include the sauces for my bread. One was included in the price, but the other I paid extra for. Yeah, it's only 50cents but still, I paid for it, I should receive it.
Holland Pizzaroma, we have ordered from you several times, always being hopeful that our food will be good. Tonight's order was terrible. As usual, the order was burnt. The bottom of the pizza was black and inedible. The entire edge of our brownie was black as well. Last month our bread sticks were hard and charred. We are tired of wasting our money hoping that you will learn to cook.

Omg, I went in to pick up my pizza and the guy at the counter was picking his nose, then he ate it right in front of me. I was so disgusted I asked to see the manager to which he replied I am the manager. ??

This place used to be so good. The last four or five times we’ve ordered they completely messed up. Our food brought half of our food and then this last time they messed up our order and told us they would comp us $.50 on our next order. Absolutely ridiculous it’s a waste of time to order food from this place.

Called in a larger order and the guy on the phone was very helpful with the amount of people & how many pizzas to order!!When I arrived I was greeted by the friend staff & they had all my food ready and even helped me carry it out to my car!The pizza was so fresh hot and delicious! I definitely recommend them and do yourself a favor and get extra ranch it’s so good!

Don’t order from PizzAroma! Rude staff refused a refund to my credit card on chicken chunks that were not edible. After being treated like I was trying to get something for free after paying $88.00 on an order, they refused to refund me $9.00…I will never order from there again. Unprofessional…chef said that’s how they always cook their chicken chunks. Was finally offered in store credit which would have been useless, since I’d never eat there again. Sad because they actually had good pizza. Lost a loyal customer…do better PizzAroma!
