I came to the drive-thru to purchase my food. The employee was very young and was unconcerned about my order. So instead of being more professional and calm so I can get my order out, she ran to her boss who was even more rude. Now I use no attitude ordering my food, I use no coupon just my hard work money and ask for signature hot 12 for 12 wings. Instead because I said I was being treated unfairly they gave me ghost pepper chicken that I didn't order will extra sauce so I can be extra hot. And they lied and said they had no ranch. All because I chose to trust Popeyes choice and employees. Their attitudes were rude My money was lost not refunded and the food was wrong. And before the boss God gave me my chicken he asked me did I order ghost pepper chicken and I told him no signature hot and as a result of me complaining and being black. This black employee gave me extra hot food to burn my inside just because I didn't like the way I was being talked to by a kid. I suggest that you go to a place where young people are being led by example in order food there. Because if nobody is showing them to respect their customers they won't, and then they'll use their age as an excuse to mistreat people and to give them horrible food just because they can. I don't know if I can reach out to their customer service line. But I wanted to take my food to the location on secor and ask them if the sauce was ghost pepper chicken so that I have proof I was being mistreated. Please don't go here if the children who work there won't respect you your food would not be given to you correctly. And it's a shame because if they won't speak to their mama like that but they speak to you like that it's because they feel like they're entitled to it. Nobody gets wrote up for their bad behavior, it's just an offended customer that has to deal with the wrath of their heart. And this drive through always makes you wait to order your food on top of waiting and after you order your food you have to wait until they tell you to pull around because they said they trying to clean up their time but they so busy arguing with customers and not understanding that our money helps them they be rude and still make you wait. I never been through a Popeyes where I had to wait just to get my order added up and then wait after it was added up just to pull around to get my food.

I'm a door dasher and coming to this location is terrible. I'm weighting while I'm waiting right now. Wait time is over 10 min. And being told to wait in parking lot when doors should be open. It's horrible service by far.

Most horrible place. I went here a few weeks ago and they were so rude it was unreal. Waited over 20 minutes outside for a very small order that was placed ahead of time! Then never got it because when I went inside to get the order of people were extremely rude, and the staff was acting like I was not just at the Drive-through window and said they don’t remember me placing my order there was only like three cars in the line. If you want to order food in the ghetto where it’s extremely unsanitary inside, and the bathrooms are always a mess eat here. Every time I come here, they are not using their gloves. The trash is over piling in the kitchen conditions are always unsanitary as seen from the front counter. 🙄 We only have two Popeyes locations in our area and both of them are absolutely so horrendous that they need shut down. I don’t know how they’re still running. A few weeks ago was my first time getting food here in about a year, but it will be my last and I will never be eating at Popeyes ever again. Unless I go to out of state To a “real Popeyes” Not the ghetto. Flipping bullet holes in the window like for real, how do you guys even pass your health inspector tests?
I just visited Popeyes and I'm leaving this review for renyah She was a pleasure to deal with. Very well mannered and customer service was on point. I completely was knocked off my feet. Keep up the good customer service it shows.

This Popeyes is a complete joke The work staff does nothing but lollygag and talk to each other instead of helping customers The customer in front of me waited 15 minutes just to place an order I left cuz I'm sure it was going to take them 15 minutes to take mine. every time I come to this location it's nasty the people treat people nasty it's just terrible.

If you want popeyes, just change your mind now. All toledo store popeyes are a joke. They made my order, gave it away, and then told me that they aren't going to remake it because they are too busy and it's not a priority right now.
