Food was good when it came out. Only complaint regarding the food was the Mac and cheese was filled up only 1/2 way of the containerTook 40 min to order with no lone.Another 30 min to receive the food.
The first Popeyes I’ve been to in over a year that actually had the sandwich ready when I ordered it. This is my favorite Popeyes now!

Let me just start off by saying that I really like Popeyes. Moving here from California We see Popeyes all the time. But this Popeyes at this particular establishment on Cherry Street although the food may be good their service was absolutely disgusting. They messed up the order which is fine because we're all humans We make mistakes just fix the mistake. But when they gave me my order I didn't have fries then they decided that they were going to drop the fries explaining to me that it would only be 2 minutes They didn't drop the fries until 10 minutes after the fact my food was cold it gave me a drink with no ice in it no napkins no sides the sides that they had were only three sides in the restaurant they said they didn't have any other sides to speak of so I had to pick from beans and rice macaroni and cheese and french fries. They had no full menu not even enough change to get back to their customers They were young teenager kids with a bald black man running the store but he was helping other people apparently giving them things that he wasn't supposed to be giving others and kept saying don't tell nobody but he couldn't help the people that were standing right there in line at the register. It was just a horrible. The register girl was throwing the cooks under the bus. Basically saying it was his fault that the food was the way it was. It was just terrible experience. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Particles in my drink , and there was a rusted what looked like a booger on my straw I ordered chicken and the sauce was spilt all in my bag on all my other food , horrible

I think that corporate needs to come in and train these guys. How to do a dinner rush every time I go through the drive through it's always something they don't have enough Chicken, they only have spicy you can only pay with cash and it has to be exact change. The guy waited fifteen minutes before telling me that tonight very upsetting!
