Went to drive through on Saturday, Sept. 13 to get 8-10 piece family meal. About 5:20 p.m. Regular chicken was desired. Was told they were out of regular chicken, to stop back 15 minutes. Did another errand and came back. Wanted to go into the restaraunt. A guy in another car was in the parking lot. He said the door to the restaraunt was locked. He stopped earlier at the drive through and was told they were out of chicken too. He also came back a bit later and wanted to go inside and found the door was locked (at about 5:35 p.m. on a saturday evening ??????). I went back to the drive through and tried to order an 8 piece meal with regular chicken. Again was told they were out of regular chicken and it would be about 15 minutes. I told the person through the speaker that I was at the restaraunt 15 mintes earlier and was told the same thing. She said they just put the chicken in now. Ok, if they knew earlier they were out of chicken why was it just being put in now?

Stopped into Popeyes and waited in the dining room for about 20 minutes. There were only 3 people ahead of us, and in that entire time, only one person was able to place an order. No one acknowledged us or really helped anyone. Staff looked overwhelmed and disorganized. The place was dirty, tables weren’t cleaned, floors were sticky, and the drink station was a mess. We ended up leaving without ordering. Horrible service and poor cleanliness. Won’t be back.

I ordered a 4pc ALL WHITE Chicken dinner and what I got was a breast and 3 scrawny wings. Also shorted me one order of fries. I can’t even go back because I live in Norwalk and was home when I discovered the mess

Absolutely terrible. Dirty restaurant, and after an extensive wait time from placing a mobile order my food still wasn’t fresh at all. Should be shut down or get under new management. Disgusting and sad.

Waited in line inside for close to 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided it might be quicker to order online. I was wrong. I waited close to an hour before a worker said, “what are you waiting for.” After I explained I was there to get my food that I already ordered and payed for, the workers showed no motivation to get my food, and I was the only person in there at this point. I finally got my food, but guess what? They forgot half my order. Thanks Popeyes in Toledo!

I hope you’re not coming here hungry or expecting to get your food quickly. I went through the drive-through and ended up waiting for a long time. Afterward, I decided to go inside, but the wait continued. In fact, I’m writing this review while still waiting in line since I have plenty of time to do so. They really need to shut down, let go of everyone, and start fresh. The workers seem completely disengaged, just staring at us and ignoring our presence. It’s a horrible experience, and I wish I could rate it less than one star.

Not worth trouble anymore. Ordered an hour ahead of time for pickup and left 20 minutes later and didn't get chicken I order because I wasn't waiting another 12 minutes shouldn't take hour and a half to get my order. Very dysfunctional.

Asked for mild chicken, I can't eat spicy due to severe acid reflux. Received all spicy so my dinner was ruined.
