Rally's has gone downhill so bad! The milkshake machines are always down they didn't listen to my order and I'm pretty sure the girl taking my order was heavily under the influence

There were only two people and the drive through was horrible car to car. Sitting in the car for 1 hour. The guy could not get thr order right plus when i got to the window he still had the order wrong. And when he finally understood what what i wanted he still messed up the order. This is the most horrible experience i have ever had from rallys.

I dont live over that way so I don't visit this one but I was in the area today. The the girl at the window had me sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes. Even after the car in front of me had gotten their food and pulled off she still had me sitting at the speaker. Never once said just a minute, I'll be with u in a few, can u hold...none of that. So decided to pull up to the window as I put my car in drive she walked away from the window I have no idea where she went but I then sat at the window for another 7 minutes not a person in sight. Im calling corporate because that was crazy to me.

It was ok the chicken was dry and not too fresh..my fries were hot on top but that's it...my strawberry shake was the best thing I got.

I visited this store twice in one day . My first trip they told me exact change or card only . I went home to get my debit card . My second trip which was 15mins later I asked before I order was it card or exact change Only the young lady told me no .so they made me waste a trip going home . Now to the food I ordered a chicken bite box for my daughter . This chicken is so old they are hard like they been sitting for a long while I don’t even feel like going back Really bad experience plus I didn’t get a receipt

One would think that going to a Rally's off Airport & Bryne at 4:40 pm would be the "supreme" timeline that no one was in front of or behind me. That was NOT the case. An order of 2 regular rally burgers with both having Xtra tom/onions/lettuce for both would not be too difficult for all the people in the "kitchen". Once again...no extras...no receipt. They charged for the extras but now for the last time I finally learned my lesson.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not knowing i was talking to the manager because how unprofessional she was. The tone of her voice, the eye rolling and the attitude just to tell me they're only taking Doorsash orders. If your day is going that bad MANAGER you should of called off especially if your only taking Doordash orders. Learn some respect!! I will be calling corporate and taking all actions to make sure this is handled i feel disrespected and belittled. Not only was she immature and dissection She wasn't wearing a uniform and she had her hair out crazy with no hair net. I don't see how she's the manager over powering her works and disrespecting customers telling the workers not to respond to me. Well you can respond to corporate now!!

Bought the new fry seasoned chicken at Rallys... They looked great until I took a bite into RAW chicken....I then brought it to the window and asked how in the world did they serve me straight RAW chicken and the manager said he had no idea... What if I had served those chicken tenders to a young child that didn't know better :/ beware check your food before you leave or just avoid this location

rude disgusting dirty and just plain out not a good place to eat. I use to love rallys now I will never go back. cashier was rude he held my bank card as if he was hoping I forgot about it my daughter didn't even eat her burger because it was not cooked all the way and had hair in it her bun was soggy and falling apart. the glass is so dirty u can barely see through it. I swear they are lucky my daughter didn't get sick the health department needs to step in corporate obviously don't care about this nasty place.

Sat in line for almost 10 minutes behind one other patron. When it was my turn at the window I sat there for 2 minutes and nobody appeared. Looking through the filthy glass at a disgustingly dirty food area, I just drove away. Health department needs to pay this place a visit.
Rallys was the only place open late night. We enjoyed our food but it wasn't fresh at all, if it wasn't so late I would have returned it and there were a lot of people waiting also. Other than that the service was slow but the lady was really nice. I'll have to come back in the day time to see if that makes a difference. Would recommend to anyone that loves fast food or late night food.

This is the worst fast food place that I have been too. Mumbling, uninterested employees, they shut down in the middle of the day with people in line, etc Also, you might want to do something about the pile of credit cards that they have accumulated.

Honestly, they had the best service of all the fast food chains in that area. I didn't check the bags because we had a lot of food and I didn't want to hold the line up but they didn't forget anything! Girl working the window was really nice as well.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered off DoorDash and every time I get the spicy chicken sandwich it’s as hard as a hockey puck. Can’t even bite into it
