The gentleman running the drive through gave us amazing customer service. We were there Sunday July 21 about 11pm. I know he was working until 5am . He was pleasant from the start of our order until we left. Please tell him keep up the good work.

Service was incredibly slow. Provided me with Fry Lover Burgers without American Cheese. I asked them, why there is no cheese and I wanted replacement. I was informed this is the new way the burgers are being made without cheese, and that I was wrong!
However after going to many Rallys in the area. This location is the only one ignorant enough to not give me cheese, then try to explain to me that I’m the one in the wrong! This location needs temporarily shut down and the staff re-trained.

The service isn't always good, it's depends on who they have working for them. Alot of people judge the restaurant by the name, when in reality. It depends on if the person they have working for them cares or not. Or if they are short handed due to call offs.

Not sure who the assistant manager is tonight June 2 (3rd) 1:30 am, but he is general manager material. A mistake was made. And it was corrected. Nothing unusual. My experience at this location over the last 3 years are always good, even among mistakes which are rare. They're pretty good over there.. But as a former gm of a similar business, this a.m. impressed me. He's clearly driven to not make mistakes and has a 'coaching demeanor' towards his staff. Props bro. Thank you. I hope your hard work and attitude pay off. Don't let anyone hold you back...

The food is always great when I'm having a stressful day. The requirement to use the passenger window (for app and doordash orders only!) is a bit frustrating, but I get why they do it. I've never been let down by the food here. It's always consistent and theyve never messed up any of my orders
They took forever with the food just for it to come out cold also they didn’t inform me they was out of soft cheese which wasn’t on 3 of the items I ordered to top it off they was very rude

The people who work here almost make you want to leave. I waited ten minutes when I was the only person there before a boy came to the window. He took my order and then turned around to his coworker and just talked for 15 minutes without doing anything involving my food. Finally, it got to the point where I had to leave because I was on my lunch break and have a job I care about and had to go back without getting any food. Thanks for wasting my lunch break and my life. NEVER GO HERE!

Came to collect my mobile order at 8:00PM on Dec 20th... I was the only person in line and it took them two minutes to get to the window. Received no sauces, no straw and they did not remove the cheese from my sandwiches like I asked.
