Hadn't been here in awhile due to a bad experience in the summer. Gave it a second chance this evening, and nothing changed. Purchased five sandwiches, two fries, and two drinks. Received two drinks, two fries, and three of the sandwiches. Disappointed yet again.

The older lady has a serious attitude problem yelling at me through the store out the window. Left the building shaking over food that’s probably gonna give me food poisoning anyways.

i went thru drivethru on9/28/25 at 12:29 pm. food was great service was great. BUT then i get home and find out Aisha the cashier had 2 separate charges on my card. one was what i owed 18.71. i also had a separate charge for 9.89. This is obvious theft. I called home office and they said they will take care of it. We'll see. im not a fool you tap and get a receipt and then she tapped it again. i wont be back again how sad. i feel sorry for companies that have to employ these kind of employees because it destroys their business. they dont need more money they need morals. CALLED 800 NUMBER AGAIN as requested by owner below and they had record of complaint so i guess thats the end of that. not expecting much to happen from here. FINAL EDIT. IWAS NEVER CONTACTED AFTER CONTACTING THEM TWICE. FOR ALL I KNOW THE EMPLOYEE WHO TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME IS STILL WORKING THERE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. DONT EXPECT ANSWER BACK FROM THIS BUSINESS. OWNER IS NO BETTER THAN THE EMPLOYEE MENTIONED!!!!

Horrible service. Lady at the window had a nasty attitude and then they decided to pack all of the food in one bag and didn't even make it home and the bag ripped and fall food. What a waste of money.
