The people who work here almost make you want to leave. I waited ten minutes when I was the only person there before a boy came to the window. He took my order and then turned around to his coworker and just talked for 15 minutes without doing anything involving my food. Finally, it got to the point where I had to leave because I was on my lunch break and have a job I care about and had to go back without getting any food. Thanks for wasting my lunch break and my life. NEVER GO HERE!

Came to collect my mobile order at 8:00PM on Dec 20th... I was the only person in line and it took them two minutes to get to the window. Received no sauces, no straw and they did not remove the cheese from my sandwiches like I asked.

This place is good, I been seeing talks reviews and the hate, yes fast food places can be sloppy, McDonald’s literally have pink paste for their chicken nuggets, and not only that they are sometimes short as well, and lack of service also. McDonald’s chicken nuggets would sometimes have and eye in it, Burger King would have their meat barely cooked for their burgers, Sonic be giving to little of food and not that, then the wrong order. You guys hating on this place for trying to at least do their best. Acting like yall can do better, you try working at a damn fast food place 24/7 everyday of the week, month, YEAR. And you’ll see how hard these people try. Keep up the best work guys, ignore these ratings cause they’re mostly all Karen’s or just people that have nothing to do than just eat and gain weight.

01/01/25 11:54pm - Service from cash register lady was horrible! 😣 She asked if I was paying by cash or card. At 1st I said card then I changed my mind and said cash. She got upset and said she already pressed card so it will take about 15 mins to switch over. She was rude and shut her window. I attempted to just give her the card instead since she made it a big deal. She was cursing and running her mouth about me and was very rude. Her manager gave her my food and I know he heard her but he said nothing to her. Smh 🤦🏽♀️ . About 15 mins later she opened the window took my cash and I said is there something wrong? You appear to be frustrated. She said no took the money and I went about my way. This is exactly why I don’t like going to that side of town. These young kids are just horrible with customer service. Then again with an attitude like that, that’s why she has the job she does and I have the job I do. Keep working for that minimum wage girl! You’ll go real far in life providing service like that.

Almost everything in my order was perfect, my only complaint is the raw chicken patty on my spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't expecting the squishy. Otherwise, kitchen did fantastic!

Every single time I order from this location they never pay attention to the details. Big waste of money when you literally customize your order the way you want it, but the employees can’t seem to open their eyes because they just came inside from smoking 😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️ Crazy as hell. Never again.
