Ordered through Doordash. Never notified when the order was complete, and I arrived at the ordered time, if not a couple of minutes later without the notification. I waited most of the 15 minutes I was there in line... in the front of it. Saw another doordasher leave as the window wasn't checked at all, and went to the drive through window since he wasnt spotted. Most of the food was cold when picked up. The Slimer's Green Apple Slushie was the wrong size and the Spicy Chicken Double which was ordered with pickles had none. (I am absolutely ashamed, I paid extra for both.) Speaking of the Slimer's Green Apple Slushie, the entire thing was just shaved ice and at the very bottom was the flavor, like it was put in first, the rest completely unflavored. My roomate ordered the Chicken Bites & Fries Box and the Cheesecake Sundae, the chicken cold and fries soggy. We made fun of the sundae to spoon ratio when I got home. (imagine the world's smallest sundae and a spoon meant for a large sundae.) All together, it was a waste of a 30 minute trip that took me 6 minutes to get to, for only the Monsterella Stix to be good.

Rallys is always fresh and made to order. This location is usually awesome, but there was a new girl who was very dismissive, rude, and handed me my food and slammed drive thru window. Usually staff are nice but she wasn't.

As a previous Shift Manager for Rallys in Cincinnati. This place is a disgrace to the Rallys/Checkers Brand. The food was sloppy, oil is well past its need for replacement, and the employees? :(

Seriously the workers at this restaurant need to find new jobs. Like do humanity and everyone who comes in contact with you a favor and find a job that does not involve working with people or in any type of general public.

The food quality and service at this location has been exceptional lately. In a time where restaurant/fast food experiences are on the decline, this is appreciated. Thank you!Edit: It was great while it lasted. You mess up my sandwich…I get ALL THE WAY home…I come ALL THE WAY back…I request that you correct my order and YES replace my fries…But I get hesitation and attitude about it. Really???Umm ma’am, if YOUR staff would’ve made my sandwich correctly, I would’ve been home enjoying HOT FRIES, so yes replace them and do better.

Aisha's service at Rally's is not just a job, it's an art form. She has mastered the art of customer service, which is I feel is a lost art.She treats every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a memorable experience. She doesn't just take orders, she engages in friendly conversation, making customers feel seen and appreciated. She doesn't just solve problems, she turns them into opportunities to exceed customer expectations, once again is a lost art.Aisha's service is a performance, a dance of efficiency and grace. She moves swiftly and smoothly, juggling multiple tasks with ease. She handles the pressure of a busy drive-through with a calm and composed demeanor, never letting the stress show. Her communication skills are also commendable. She speaks clearly and listens attentively, ensuring that every order is accurate and every customer is satisfied. She has a knack for making customers feel heard and understood, which is a rare and valuable skill in customer service. In conclusion, Aisha's service at Rally's is a shining example of the forgotten art of customer service. She brings a human touch to a fast-food drive-through, making every customer feel special and every visit a pleasant experience. She is a true artist in her field, and her performance is worthy of recognition and appreciation.Full transparency Aisha, is so delightful that I believe some customers visit more for her charming service than for the food itself. If I were to express any criticism, it would be that the rating system only goes up to five stars. The service I receive EVERY TIME is so exceptional, it surpassed the maximum rating and deserved more than five stars.-Mf.JonesKid-friendliness: Aisha's friendly demeanor extends to all customers, but it's particularly noticeable with children. She has a natural ability to connect with them, making them feel special and valued. Her warm smile and friendly chatter make even the youngest customers feel at ease. This level of kid-friendly service is a rare gem and makes Aisha an even more valuable member of the Rally's team.

So I went to rally’s 3 times this week and had to leave! So the one time it took almost 30 minutes before they could even take! My order! They came to the mic and asked for my order then told me to hold. 3 times. Food took 15 minutes! Usually I don’t do reviews bc I work in customer service! I get it’s stressful! But we were in the car laughing and messing around about the calories and my friend said the ppl behind us were upset! Bc they kept yelling to hurry up! So a girl came to the mic! And yelled at us if we couldn’t wait patiently we could go somewhere else! We weren’t rushing we understood they were busy! But for her to come to the mic and yell at us for talking in our car was so rude! She wasn’t nice about it. She yelled at us. We left Bc we weren’t gonna get food from a place we felt unwanted! It’s taken them 35 minutes to get us our food this past week! I love rally’s and always have! This isn’t okay! This happened around 11:15-11:30! 11-24-24!

Trash place, trash employees, especially the morbidly obese cow working at night. This place had the worst customer service ever. Cook at home. Food is disgusting.

Went to Rally's yesterday, first time in a long time. Fry's are to die for. I noticed the prices were outstanding. Can't go to Burger King for less than $30. We got 2 rally burgers, medium fry and 4 chilli dogs for $14. With the receipt you get a free sandwich with the purchase of a drink. Wow that's savings.Next time you crave a burger, fish, or chicken go to Rally's.

Stole $5 from me, I ordered on the app and when I got there was told they couldn't do the sundae. They also did not give me my 2nd drink which is stated on the receipt. I was told they wouldn't refund and they walked away from the window. I tried calling 3 times afterwards to no answer. Do not go here.

Was told "one moment" to order waited 15 minutes, someone came back on started to order, was yelled at "one moment " waited another 5 minutes and they asked for my order. I started to order, ordered a shake was told they didn't have any ice cream. I said no problem scratch that and finished ordering my sandwiches. Came back on and asked if I still wanted the first two sandwiches and I said yes. But clarified my last sandwich. Was told to pull forward. I was the only car in the drive through and was rudely handed my drinks without saying a single word. Waited another 5 minutes then told to pull around to the Doordash window so I could have my food thrown to me through my passenger door. That was the absolute rudest service for mediocre food.
