Easily one of the worst Rally’s I’ve been to. Laziest employees, their computer is always ‘frozen’. Happens every time you go there in the evening. Must be nice to chill at work and not ever actually work!

From wrong orders to offering to assist as a fast food manager, I can say this location will not survive. People are no longer willing to keep patronizing a place where they cannot EVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT!

Food quality wasn't great but what can you expect at 2am. Upon arriving home, an item was missing from our order and replaced with a couple apple pies for some reason. No receipt in the bag. Next visit would not give the sandwich even with another $20 order.
All I have to say is night shift needs to be fired because they play around they don't answer any phones and when you show up at the drive-thru to replace an order all they ask you if you are a doordash and if you say no they will tell you sorry we're

Would give zero stars if I could. So rude! I asked for a friggin coke with no ice, she gave it to me with ice, then rudely asked "Well what do you want me to do" like I inconvenienced HER.
