First off when they ask right off if u want a buford = it will be funky meat oversalted to disguise old meat!! The staff is ripping off the owner "closing early" but he dont care either, read his responses to complaints just passes the buck to corporate email. You ask cashier how late they are open they say between 1-2am depending. web says 12-1am. you go there at say 9:15pm they verbally tell you they are closed. This happened like 10 times out of 20 for me. When open Ive never seen the rallys sign lit after dark and there is no menu or ext lights on, no cars in lot , 1 dim lite inside.This place always looks closed at nite and if keeping the place dark dont work , they will just tell you its closed.I think we should give them their wish.

The food menu panel is missing part of their menu. The worker is under staff which causes long wait in line.I like there food selections but it doesn't always be hot but neither does the other fast food restaurant.

Worst service I've ever had. Waited 30 minutes for my food and was cold when I finally got it! The worst part is they weren't even busy. Called headquarters and never even received a response.

No matter how much you complain or how much advice you give, the owners refuse to make the changes necessary to provide good customer service. Chick-fil-A much more busy and their employees are respectful, kind and fast. To me it seems like a choice to just give us the customer the crappiest serve as possible and to maximize the dollar while doing it.

We visited here while we were out of town for a funeral since we don't have them at home anymore. The drive thru cashier was absolutely atrocious! She was so very rude! The manager was a little better but not much. We were literally yelled at for asking for ranch for our nuggets, because apparently we were supposed to ask at the speaker, which I didn't realize because usually the cashier asks what kind of sauce you would like. They left out one order of fries and my son was accused of lying about that. One of our ice teas was sweet instead of unsweet but we didn't want to get yelled at even more for asking for it to be corrected. We used to live rallys and checkers. I can totally see why they're all closing. I am so disappointed because they still have the best burgers around even if they are rude. Oh yeah, the mushrooms tasted like old dirty grease. This one woman's attitude and rudeness was enough to ruin rallys for us forever. I've never been more disappointed in any restaurant ever!

Food was cold and didn't have much taste. They also never seem to have the shake machine on or working as I never get it when ordering through the app. They also make up an excuse .. out of mix or it's not

Rallys used to be good to go eat at. I went today and I have to say it was the nastiest food I've tasted. I ordered 2 chili dogs and a fry.The hot dogs looked and tasted like they had sat on the warmer for days. They were so dried out. They were so gross and the hot dog sauce was just clumps of hamburger.The fries used to be the best ever but these were awful. Just no taste at all.Shoot Rallys on Airport and Byrne was so much better before it was torn down.I will not drive all the way to Central Ave to have Rallys anytime soon or ever. With the taste of that food they need to CLOSE THEM ALL DOWN

We went to Rally's on Central Ave. We waited 15 minutes for our initial order. They screwed up 3 burgers and forgot a fry. We went back. Upon arrival the second time, we waited an additional 30 minutes. They were training new people apparently buy, the manager was very friendly to us.

Very disappointed in this Rally's. Marginally unpleasant crew. Menu not as complete as other units I have visited. Sorry this is the only unit in the area. I guess I'll have to make more stops in Adrian. The prices seem much higher than at the Adrian store, also.

Last time we were there, I wanted my girlfriend to try the famous fries as she's never had them before. Guy in the take out window tried to take care of us .. did a pretty good job, got the order correct. However the food we got was extremely terrible. It tasted like the oil was way past due for changing. She'll never go there again and I can't blame her. Not up to what I was hyping it up to be.We were there September 2022. Doesn't seem like it's recovered from the "pandemic".

Deep Sea Double was plain, no tartar sauce, lettuce or cheese. Not very good water plain.

Worst fast food location I've ever visited in my life. I've tried ordering from here for about ten years. The first couple were okay, but this place sunk into a black hole once COVID hit. Three times I've visited here in the last few years, nobody was working. An empty building. The next two times, which included today, an employee was working the location, was taking orders and serving them, and then I pull up to the speaker for a very long wait only to be told "We are not taking orders at this time." Something about my car I guess makes the frier shut down because twice now I have been the first car to be refused service. On top of everything else, the employees are unfriendly, look miserable, and don't keep the visible portions of the restaurant clean. I don't think I would feel comfortable eating food from this place even if they actually decided to provide food during lunch hour for once. This place should be bulldozed off the map.

I had a trash experience. The guy who took my order didn't inform me that there wasn't cheese or mayonnaise, so I received dry plan sandwiches. I then went back to get mayonnaise and the manner got hype and told me he didn't take my order and it's not his fault. He doesn't care about his job at Rally's and he is only there for a check. Then he said he wasn't supposed to tell his employee anything, he is a grown man who should know better. I will never be going back. The manager could not understand that he could have informed me of this information and just provided better customer service.

I ordered 2 hot dogs without mustard on the app, when I got there they told me to go into the other line, once there, i waited 10 minutes for 2 cold dogs with mustard, when I tried to leave some employee had parked in the pull thru lane. I'm very disappointed, that used to be my favorite location but what I encountered today was unexceptionable.
