Stopped in on 7/19 ...Food was disgusting, kitchen staff failed to dry off plates and cleaned with too much bleach, so when the food arrived at our table the smell of bleach was overpowering and the bottom buns and fries were dampened ...We told our waitress, she mentioned she had noticed the smell also and advised she had brought it to the manager's attention. The manager then came to our table and apologized and said she would have the kitchen staff cut back on the bleach and walked away.

Been coming to Red Robin's for years and never had a problem. And this year I had 2 bad experiences. I over looked the first one but today's experience I cannot overlook. I only had a few bites of my salad at the restaurant and ended up taking my salad home. The first bite I took felt gritty in my mouth. I spit out my food and there is DIRT! So obviously my lettuce was not cleaned. So yes I am done with Red Robin's as of today.

I've never been to this Red Robin before but I will tell you truthfully the burger was cooked to perfection and our server was very friendly and quick to get anything we needed I will come back again sometime.

Pork nachos were all potato chips and BBQ sauce with no pork and very few jalapenos... service was very good 👍

Family friendly with a good variety of drinks & food. Poor service. Waited 15 mins to be seated with menus, waited 15 more mins before we had to ask for our waiter. Waited another 10 before we could get a glass of water. Wasn't checked on regularly for refills or basic needs like utensils. Food was fresh and hot.

Music way too loud for 11am on a Monday. My autistic son had a huge meltdown it was so loud. Service was extremely slow. My online order placed at 10:30 for 11:30 pick up wasn’t started until I walked in at 11:20.
