Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered the chicken sandwich it looked like it was a big piece of chicken but what it was is just a smashed piece of chicken with a lot of breading. I asked for the french fries to come out well done and crispy they came out cold and soggy I won't be back

Our waitress was super nice! The food was horrible! My bill was $37 before tip. We ordered a hamburger ketchup only and a sprite to drink plus a Tavern burger add onion rings. Onion rings were cold and waitress even commented they gave me extra because they were so small. Burgers were cold! Food was just not up to standard!

When we walked in they were doing a shift change which seemed to be quick. We were greeted warmly and the hostess held a little conversation and seemed genuinely interested in my answers. The server was super friendly and on top of everything. Our food came out correctly and was delicious. Always a plus having the bottomless sides also, although my second serving of salad came with cheese, would’ve been nice if they were on top of modifications I had previously asked for.
If I could change one thing about all restaurants it would be the server saying their name when they greet us. I don’t know if just miss it or if they aren’t saying their names but that’s a little thing that helps the experience. Also, the bathrooms needed a better cleaning and someone on top of switching out toilet paper. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure who dropped the ball on checking.
Never really come here but despite those two things I will definitely be back soon!

Went for lunch 12/2. Restaurant was clean, staff very friendly and patient. Had a minor issue that I wouldn't have even brought up that the server saw and brought to the attention of the manager, who graciously did what she could to make amends for. (I'll admit, it was a little embarrassing that the staff fussed about something I was completely happy to not even bring up. But as a culinary professional, and a customer; I respect the attention to detail and commitment to their vision.)

They went out of their way to treat me well. Food was delicious, and prompt. Spent an hour, and about thirty dollars, and was very satisfied with the experience. Not my first visit, but this one stands out as a reason I keep coming back.

I would place this as one of the area's best burger-specific restaurants, and well worth the price. I will be returning soon.

Managers were helpful when they did come around. Ordered grilled cheese for a kid and the cheese wasn’t even melted.. the burgers are usually great but recently haven’t been the best. Red Robin used to be my favorite place to go.. service was okay.. I ordered a few things and didn’t receive and had to ask a few more times for. I will be back because I know we are human and have off days.

Husband ordered medium rare, and came well. When asked was told by manager that they are a franchise store, and only cook pink and no pink. Service socks. Server never available. Never checked on us. Sat is no silverware. Had to request from person bringing food. Fries over done. Not the tastiest. Will never go back.

Food was on point and was out pretty quickly. The iced tea was really flat and almost see through. I had it swapped out for a soda. Our server was ok I guess I expect more upbeat or something. Most of the servers there looked like they were just going through the motions. I think I just miss working and wish I could go back to it. I'd have fun with it and people are just over it anymore and I used to have fun with my servers back in the day. Now, they look at you like hurry up so I can get out of here.
