I feel like this is a hidden secret & am always surprised some folks don’t know about them. Wonderful diner food with large menu selection & generous portions. Modest prices especially when you consider the cost of food these days. Love their omelets!
RGC is a welcoming, warm environment even when bustling with patrons. The selection of dishes is broad, I can always find something that satisfies. Granted, I personally am looking for comfort food akin to traditional home cooked meals in my family home and this place answers that desire. The staff is always welcoming and allows a relaxing patron experience, even during very busy periods of the day.
The waitress was very polite. They seemed to be slightly on the unorganized side of things. At first glance, I wasn’t sure who the employees were because there is no uniform structure of any kind. Employees just wear whatever they want apparently. I’m also not sure why for any reason if you’re asked if you want your eggs any particular style, why they come out a different way entirely. If you order hashbrowns, make sure you tell them to make them a little bit extra crispy...
