I came with a large group from my church. We sat in their special room for groups. It was plenty quiet enough to have our devotions. I had a gluten-free turkey reuben and a side salad. It tasted amazing. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They charge you extra for not paying with cash. And if your an adult ordering a kids meal, they also charge you 2 dollars more. The food was fine, but the greed is reason enough for me to not come back.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is great and well-portioned for the price. I highly recommend eating at Rick's.
Megan C is a rock star.
Waitress was amazing!
Stumbled upon this place while visiting from Michigan and stopped in for breakfast. Get The Boston - Everything that's right in one bowl. Will go back next time we're in Toledo!

I love my work family!
Someone put a review on here about ME. I'm the man with Down Syndrome she was talking about. Ahmad is the best. The servers, cooks, dishwashers and I do joke around, pretending to give each other trouble. If you are worried, please ask me. I'm happy to tell you about it!
My son, Ty, is employed here with an incredibly supportive staff. Ty is medically fragile and developmentally disabled. Ahmad and his crew have gone to great lengths to accommodate Ty through many years of medical ups and downs. I cannot thank Rick's enough for continuing the love and support for our son. On a side note, a review on here suggested Ty was being mistreated. There is a playful, unserious dynamic to their interactions and I PROMISE you he is both loved and respected. He truly gets to be just one of the guys, something no one else has ever been able to do for him.
Our waitress (the tiniest waitress I've seen) was an expert in her on so many levels, plus honest and strong.
I was there for a birthday party today. Our server was AWESOME and food was par. On my adventure to the bathroom with my daughter I noticed buss boy or possibly someone working in the kitchen being extremely rude to another employee who has down syndrome. Clearly this employee knew his co worker has a disability. I'm embaressed and ashamed for the owner and the people he chooses to employ.
Rick's saved our Birthday party! Another local restaurant (shall remain nameless) reneged on our reservation and said they could not accommodate our group. Majority of folks were from out of town so we had to find a place. Walked into Rick's unannounced, they were accommodating, friendly, helpful and seated ALL of us right away! They treated us like we were their family! The food was exceptional, the service was friendly, fun, outgoing and very patient. Everyone was happy with their meal, even the youngest kiddo! Drinks were refilled quickly, plates were cleared efficiently, we were not rushed at all. Highly recommend! Thank you Rick's for saving the day and Papa's Birthday! We will be telling everyone how great your place, food and service is!
