Part of the reason customers come to coffee shops is because we enjoy the ambiance that comes in coffee shops. Phoenix Coffee seemed to be lacking in ambiance that day I came. The music is too loud. But at least the baristas were incredibly friendly. Hell, they even recognized a regular and went out of their way to take away his finished cup of coffee.
