Stopped in for lunch a few days ago. We grabbed some Reubens and Pie slices… Food was amazing. Staff was top tier. Line moved quickly due to staff competency. Super affordable. Can not say enough good things about this place.

A very small place that could easily be missed but shouldn't. Heard good things about the place and finally got to try it. I was not disappointed. A simple place where you go in, order, and leave as there are no seats but I like that about Roman's. It reminds me of the small family owned shops/restaurants I'd frequent in the countryside and small towns as a kid. I got the Rocket sandwich which is two pieces of toasted rye bread with corned beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese, and mustard. Now I'm not a fan of corned beef but after this sandwich I won't say no to some in any of Roman's other offerings. They made it work. Definitely will be going back.

Delicious, mouth watering sandwiches. And conveniently located downtown Toledo, near the TARTA hub.
Had a nice chat with the owner while waiting for my sandwich and my daughter's sandwich to be prepared.
Very nice sandwich shop.
Simple menu with great options to eat on the go and a nice selection of bag chips, canned soda, pie and baclava (we didn't order the desserts but they looked yummy).
My 13 year old daughter is a picky eater and she polished off her entire turkey sandwich on the way to put next service call and told me that the next time she rides along with me for the day that we have to go back.
That's a pretty strong endorsement.
Parking: Look for a location near Romans on the street and hike a short block or two of ours busy. Totally worth it!

Went there the other day paid $14 for a jumbo corned beef and it was so small..I use to love this place until they prices went up and sandwich got smaller
