The true winner of the best sandwich in Toledo. If you live in Toledo and haven't been to Romans you are missing out
Great meat, poor execution. After reading reviews and going here multiple times. I can agree with others. Microwaving a ball off meat expecting it to be heated all the way thru isn't going to cut it. Also it would work better to the restaurants advantage to heat the meat on a griddle. That's how you get equally distribution of heat and maximize the melt on the cheese. To the Customers. When you go here when it's busy you will observe the microwave and toaster being the only heating sources. Your sandwith isn't going to be heated all the way through and your bread will not be completely toasted because. I've asked on multiple visits for my rye bread to be completely toasted and it never is. Soft meat. Soft bread equals no texture. If your going to continue to expose your customers to radiation then please at least rock the meat in its individually wrapped pieces of clear plastic and flatten it a little for better heat distribution. And get a little tourch and melt the cheese thanks

I love the food. It’s the only place that makes great thick corned beef sandwiches. But I’ve been twice and it says 9am open and it’s not open! I got there at 9:15. Both times they just stared at me…. I waited like 15 minutes. Other than that I say the food is amazing
