We live around the block from Rudy's on Eastgate and Glendale. We continue to get shorted items on our order. I have written their Email contact twice about it with no response. The dinner time employees are in the store having a grand old time playing around and not paying attention to what they are doing. Today against my wishes (because I am sick of it ) we made a fairly big order again. Mostly because grandson wanted chicken chunks. We joked beforehand about what they would leave out this time. Sure enough They left out a King dog and an order of bean soup. My step daughter returned to get omitted items and because they almost never provide a receipt with the order she had to pay again for the omitted items. Then by the time she returned her food was cold. Terrible service!! I would give it no stars if it was an option. Beware and Go to Ideal Hotdog just down the street.

There are other Rudy's in and around Toledo, however, the Sylvania Avenue location has something the others don't. That would be Owner and heart of the business, Harry. I think the hot dogs and sauce are the same at all locations, but, trust me, the omelets are better at his location. Have been going there for many years and hoping to see they are reopening soon.

Quality at this location has definitely gone down. Food always takes double the time it used to. Fries and onion rings tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in some time. We used to love it here but will probably not visit this location again.

This place is another one I can almost check off my bucket list. I still haven't tried the hotdogs. But their chili Mac is delicious. Great and fast service. Prices are also decent.

The mask goes over your nose. Stop acting like there's not a pandemic, there were two people in the drive thru window not wearing masks over their noses, and handing out food. Don't make food for people if you can't follow cdc guidelines during a pandemic. People are dying, its not hard to wear a mask over your nose, and it's easy to enforce it if your employees know you are taking it seriously

(( that shouts greatness ! )) the sylvania ave location, was #1, and the quality, selections, ambience, plus quick to help staff, are still 100% (( winners / wieners )) to warm you inside -&- out ! a bowl of chili, with just the right zing, a fresh selection from a fresh salad, to their scrumptcidelicious pie or cake, are a first to last bite pleasure to remember... now serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, at multi-great locations throughout toledo's appetites for fantabulous casual dining, "you can't find any better ! ! ! i have been a loyal rudy's lover for over 70 years... even while relaxing at a home in sunny florida, i order rudy's sauce by the case. It's sad Rudy's Has the best chili mac however this location it's terrible. My very first time to this location and the service was terrible. The chick seemed agitated she had to do her job. The chili mac was sub par at best. Noodles were soggy and tasteless. The whole thing was microwaved for sure. DO NOT EAT HERE. Go a little further to the other Rudy's this one is horrible.

Wonderful, friendly service. The all beef hot dog with chili and sauerkraut was AMAZING! Piping hot, fresh fries were SO good. Got our own salt and ketchup containers to maintain covid-19 guidelines. Already want to go back for more!

Good food. Hadn't been by in a long time. Felt nestalgic. I was glad i stopped in. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. 3 out if the 5 people i had seen were wiping things down. I would highly recommend them and their fried mushrooms!
