Your met with boring out dated decor. Which may make the elderly relive ancient times. How ever I was their for the food. I ordered 3 chilli dogs that I would soon regret. I went to my car and the hot dogs were cold, the bread wasn't soft, the chilli was bland and cold. I went back in and told the waitress the food was cold. She took it back and put the bag in the microwave. That's when I started looking at the open kitchen. Noticing the chilli wasn't covered neither was the hot dogs. The hot dogs looked tan, in other words I can tell they were sitting for awhile. Here's the kicker. It wasn't even the after noon. No way should old dogs get to the customers smh.

Asked for no beans on chili mack & got tons of beans & no cheese. Gross for me. I suspect it was due to their terrible audio on the drive through. Need to fix that or maybe have employees repeat the order to get it right.

I love Rudy's.... but the older gentleman in the doo-rag working tonight needs a lesson in customer service! Being completely rude to my husband who was only there in the first place because the only thing my pregnant ass wanted were 2 plain hotdogs! A man can't speak on the phone to his grandmother & order a couple hotdogs for his pregnant wife without being ignored by the worker until he "gets off the phone." Ruined the whole experience & now I'll find somewhere else to get hotdogs when I'm craving them 😤

I went inside to this location to eat for lunch today and i will never return again. The lady on the grill looked like she was on drugs, was rude and had a Goodtimes Bar & Grill hoodie on (weird because that's not a work shirt for Rudys). I ordered a double Rudy burger with everything. I got to my table and there wasn't any cheese nor did they ask as I usually get asked any other time I've EVER ordered from Rudys and it had lettuce on it it doesnt come with lettuce. I already had to go back to line to get a piece of cheese and the same lady looked at me and said cheese is extra with a very snooty attitude. I didnt mind it being extra but nobody even asked in the first place and why did they put lettuce on it. Clearly the lunch staff today 2/18/2025 do not know what they are doing and need more training on the menu and customer service. I literally almost just walked out before I even sat down. ZERO STARS ill stick to the alexis rd location.

I visit this location regularly. Given the choice between Onion Rings or Fries, I always get the fries. They are always perfectly fried and...unsalted. That's right. Noboby is destroying them by oversalting. God must not have wanted me to enjoy fries today as these were the most inedible and unappealing bag of fries I'd ever seen. Hard burnt ends and small busted pieces. What a fudging let down. I should have checked the order before leaving. Or, maybe I should have gotten the Onion Rings.

Depends on the location Rudy's on Glendale is by far superior with their chili than 90% bean chili in Holland You want a true Rudy's experience stay away from Rudy's in Holland by krogers and menards

The manager has a very very nasty attitude! Her look tells you she is not a people person. She is in the wrong business. I will not be returning, will not be treated with disrespect! She should be greeting paying customers with hi, how are you, smiles, how can I help you. Instead you get a nasty attitude. Maybe she doesn't like what see she's in the mirror! Owners should take notice, maybe they don't care!

Never again. Rudy's is dead. I had 3 ppl in my party. We all ate at different times. I had to stand at counter for 15 min while I waits for each single item. I just handed food off to my table as it came out. My burgers were burnt as heck. No one bothered to watch them hardly. The kid trying to take my order was staring at the ceiling tiles while he hadn't even taken my entire order. What a joke.
Worst dining experience ever.
Not the Rudy's it was......sad. I will never ever try and relive an old favorite of mine.
