A friend and I were passing through on a road trip and stopped for lunch. We both ordered the Sahara Chicken Shawarma, which was fantastic. We both agreed that we would be regulars here if we lived in the area.

I order here a lot and the food is usually fresh and good. However they ALWAYS forget a key item on the order! Usually I get the Chicken Shawarma Platter and they again last night forgot the pita bread and garlic sauce!! Very disappointed!

Have been here multiple times the food is TOO good 🤤. Literally the best arabic food in the area, no debate. Food is always hot when i pick it up and ready pretty quickly. Always fresh and so delicious its addicting. TRY IT you will not regret it.

For anyone who loved Sahara when they were in Maumee, they are back and everything is still delicious!!! The super falafel wrap is my absolute favourite!!!! Everything here is fantastic!!! Not only is the restaurant impeccably clean, but they are welcoming and friendly!!! Support this neighborhood gem!!! I’ve missed your food and am so thankful Sahara and your delicious food are back in my life!!!! Thank you!!!

they were very kind and welcoming while greeting us. The food was clean and made to order. The food tasted fresh and enjoyed the flavor of the chicken grilled sub. I would’ve added more veggies such as lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles to the Philly sub but still had great flavorand was delicious. My kids really enjoyed the tenders and french fries. We came here after visiting the Toledo zoo and it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
