I know this is a beloved sylvania staple, but management does not treat their staff with care or respect. Behind the scenes the restaurant kitchen is very dirty, and no one uses gloves (servers make the salads/soup by hand). I was sexually harassed by a customer on multiple occasions. I went to Mikey (manager) and told him what had happened and how uncomfortable I had become. He told me there was nothing he could do because the customer has been coming to the bar daily for over 15 years. I have seen an employee spit in someone's food, pick up food off the floor and then serve it...

I honestly cant say enough good things. I Informed the waitress that I am gluten intolerant, cant have egg, and cant have my food cooked with beef. I ate my hibachi chicken(which was PHENOMENAL), and I did not get sick. It is so rare to find a restaurant in Toledo that will really acknowledge these issues and take preventive measures. Also, my waitress was attentive and very pleasant. The quality/price ratio is there as well.

Upon arrival for reservation. We were warmly welcomed. Our waitress was kind and friendly. Our food was delicious . Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I frequent this place quite a bit and the food is always good! The service is always very questionable with the hosts rushing to your seat without speaking to you whatsoever, servers disappearing, drinks taking forever to get to the table/refilled. The only thing I can positively say is the kitchen works fast with little to no mistakes. Tonight, 06/20/25 we ate dinner, slow service, but good food. However, looking to my left to see the bar with two guests making out and groping each other quickly ruined the entire experience and made the slow service even more unbearable. I watched all of the servers, bartenders, AND the manager witness these customers (who were CLEARLY drunk and still being served alcohol) ignore them and stand in the kitchen doorway to laugh and talk about it instead of resolving the issue. Very unprofessional as I watched the manager walk past the two at least 3 times- and look over to talk to the servers and laugh about it. As we walked out of the restaurant, the lady had her shirt pulled up and the man was groping her chest! Didn’t realize dinner came with a show tonight!

Awesome show cooking and delicious food. A lot of food for that more expensive experience you get. Staff is friendly but wasn’t all correct with the orders and what everyone got at the end sure to late since meat is the last serving. Make sure order is right and maybe go over again. I can understand it was Sunday evening and the place was crowded.
