I gave the service of the deli a 3 star and not 5 because the rudeness of the girl that works back there is unbelievable. I been going to this store for years and everyone in the store is great except for her! I know many others that have the same feelings and won't even order from here because of her. The owners are great people and I can't believe they keep her around. Very rude person. Shet treats and talks to many people like they're stupid.

1st time ordering from Krispy Krunch at Sams..Staff was polite,helpful and fast. Food was hot,fresh and Tasty. My experience was great. The woman at the cash register was pleasant and patient with me. The young man running Krispy Krunch was professional and helpful. Great 1st time experience. Will be back for more. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and wedges combo very much. Thank you.

25 years of going there, I'm done! No idea what I could have possible done to the lady in the back but she never have the chance to treat me like trash ever again. I can't even eat this chicken. Cold and nasty. It did not come out of the heat table. She watched me order and had gotten it ready when I went up to pay and had it setting there when I got there. Handed her my receipt and she threw it. 3rd time she's done this to me with this same attitude. Last time!
