Where do I begin, The food itself is consistent and tasty. I go often and majority of the employee team consistently seem like they hate their job. I mean maybe a smile wouldn't hurt. Nobody wants mayor of frown town making their pie. A mall food court isn't easy to maintain an atmosphere however it's what you would expect. Definitely my first choice at the food court but the bars fairly low.

It use to be a great place to get a slice of pizza but after the manager stopped working there the place has gone down. Twice now we waited for for service but nobody came to the counter. Today there were over 10 people waiting. I called that phone number 2 times no one answered.

Best lemonade in the whole mall! You call tell it’s made with real lemons and sugar! I’ve never had their food but their lemonade is top tier! I come here every day I work and get one! I normally don’t have issues but one particular staff member always gives me a hard time when I stand in line at the register for only a lemonade. She is the older women with grey hair who is hunched over. All the other women who work here are always super friendly and very accommodating and give me the mall discount because I work here and come in everyday. But not on Sundays when this lady works. She has an attitude and acts like you’re doing something wrong for standing behind the register which is super odd. Love everyone else who works here and is always friendly tho!

We will NEVER EVER eat at your pizza place again! The old lady who served us was so rude to me and my family that I wanted to throw our pizza at her! She acted like we were bothering her when we wanted to order a few meals! When we asked a question, she rudly answered us and then simply walked away in the middle of us ordering! If you don't like helping people you need to find a new job!

Ordered food went up to get a refill the lady looked at me ignored me went and shoveled a bunch of cheese into a tub with her bare hands without washing them after she just got done handling money. Then she went and helped another customer that just walked up and still did not even acknowledge that I was standing there.

It was okay, got my food and drink combo, but didn't realize I had to pay extra for a dip. Nevertheless, the hostess was kind. I enjoyed the show put on by a bunch of fighting teens.
Got a Stromboli. The dough was so raw we thought it was cheese for a few bites. When I brought it back up to get a new one “JB” was very demeaning telling me “I don’t know if or how that would happen”. Guess I should have guessed it would be crappy service at a crappy restaurant
NOTE - The remake was also doughy. Threw it away. Not worth even going back up again to ask for a refund.

The big girl with glasses behind the register treated me like complete garbage ...she was extremely aggressive and mean...I walked up to the register and said I'll take a pepperoni slice and she then says this ain't where you order....(I'm the only person here) You order over there ...ok so I walk over to the other side just to tell another girl that's standing 5ft from the girl at the register.. pepperoni slice please...I then walk back over to the register and say couldn't you have just turned around and said pepperoni slice...she goes in a very snotty tone...that's not how we do it here( now mind you there's no signs explaining this very weird setup) she then says are you leaving us a tip....I say no ..she then says ummm yeea ofcourse....so disrespectful and as I leave i can immediately hear her talking bad about me to the other 2 workers....this just happened 5 minutes ago Dec 28th at 12:22pm
