Food was acceptable, seems like portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller these days. While there was a lot of service staff there, the inability for one service staff be required to ring you out, while seven others stand around doing absolutely nothing seems a bit ridiculous to me. They should definitely change their model to have one person dedicated to checking people out that way someone who gets a carry out doesn't have to stand around watching his food get cold for 10 minutes while one particular server takes three orders before finally deciding to come over and cash me out

So I was in the other day with my son we waited 20 mins for a drink order. She was rude to my son. She was busy flirting with a table of men next to me. When we got our food it was cold all She said was sorry. We never got refills. Service was horrible will never be back. Our server was

On 7/6/2024 at about 12 noon I walked in to the Secor location with my wife. The young girl that was at the entrance to receive customers did not greet us at all. There were a few other workers standing behind her. No one greeted us at all. We noticed after we sat the other couples that entered received a hearty welcome and they were Caucasian. So we decided that Scramblers is not worthy of our money and walked out. We will not support them. It is very important that employees make patrons feel welcome and accepted. Your employees are immature and biased. This is the message that is received when entering your establishment. We will never Return to support such disrespectful and discriminatory behavior.

Scramblers is always a nice place to meet up for a casual breakfast with friends. There is never a rush to leave, we are able to take our time there. Their potato chunks are my favorite. Also love their eggs Benedict.

I love this place for breakfast or brunch. Their Ultimate Omelet and their Wisconsin Scramble are two of our favorites, though much else is great too.
By the time we arrived the parking lot was completely full and we didn't think we would get a seat. Once we arrived they found us a seat rather quickly. The food here is fantastic and the service is great! I had a seasonal dish Poutine with fries ,gravy and scrambled eggs, my daughter had the Surf's Up.

Crab cakes Benny was delicious. Portion size was really healthy size, could've taken home a good amount of hash browns and bacon. Served was attentive and friendly.
Told the hostess we had a party of 10 and she looked at us like we were dumb/crazy. very unprofessional. 10+ tables open but told it would be “a very long time”

Worst waitresses in the city! The restaurant was not busy. I have been to this place when it had more patrons and the service was poor then, I just gave them 1st time credit. After being seated we waited 10 minutes before deciding to walk out because no one even greeted us or asked for our drink order. The only 2 waitresses actually working were the pregnant ones, the rest were just standing around talking to each other. We were seated right by the waitress cash register and clearly heard the four waitresses talking about the patrons. After deciding to leave I heard 2 of the same girls standing still say "good" and "bye" but it was said with attitude! Maybe they need more training on etiquette and customer service.

Love this place . Got the classic Benny it was good, but the muffins were over toasted and couldn't even cut thru and eat them the new brunch cocktails are great
