We had the best experience for dinner tonight! Amazing food cooked to perfection and the best staff we have encountered in a long time! (A special shout out to Celissa & for the best smoked old fashions) Ribeye was delicious and paired perfectly with my scallops! Great deals on wine for a Thursday night and finished off our meal with the crème brûlée and an espresso martini!

We arrived and were told we’d have to sit at the bar without a reservation or there would be an hour wait although tables were available.
Shelby served up and was very pleasant, actually all the staff was very polite and greeted us with a smile. We ordered the filet seared style and the ny strip medium well. Both came cooked correctly but not a sprinkle of seasoning. No grill marks, no seasoning, just completely bland. Baked potato itself was good but the bacon was just fat and undercooked. Brussels sprouts were cold and swimming in oil and the fried onion string topping was chewy like gum from sitting. The one and only item I can say was good are the french fries.
I’d heard mixed reviews so thought I’d give it a try for myself. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook but the food was a disaster.

We visited Seared on a Friday night with a reservation. The drinks, wine and meal were fantastic. We both got the filet, salad and a side. I was blown away by the demi sauce on my filet it was so delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was great too. We weren't crazy about our table right by entrance to kitchen, that was the only negative. Great job👍

We decided tonight to try Seared for the first time and this restaurant did not disappoint! Theo, our waiter, was absolutely the best! He was personable and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and inviting. Our food was cooked to order and delicious! Great place! Loved it!!! ❤️

I went to this establishment on a Tuesday night. I had been wanting to try it ever since it opened. We received probably the worst service that I’ve received in a long time. We waited over 40 minutes just to get a glass of wine. At one point, I had to go up and get my own wine off of the bar because it had been sitting there for a while. I think that they were very very short staffed. We saw a few workers but not many. I was very disappointed as I was the one to recommend this restaurant for our get together this month.

Excellent appetizers. Tenderloin lollipop was good. Seafood stee had a lot of seafood in in (a little cooler than I liked). Steak was cooked to perfection. Good flavor. Waiter was top notch. Worked all over the room, but never left me waiting for anything. Highly recommend

My husband and I only get a date night once a month and we decided to try Seared and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food was great and the restaurant was very elegant but our waiter Theo made the experience the best. He was on top of everything, making sure we always had full glasses, checking on us and just making us feel special. Their caesar salad was the best i’ve had in a while and the asparagus was perfection. My husband absolutely LOVED his blackened grouper as well. Amazing food all around. We appreciate all he did and will definitely be coming back and we hope to have Theo as our waiter again. Thanks Seared for a great night, we are excited to come back soon for brunch!

Nice little restaurant great service waitress was very helpful. Only problem was one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had in my life. It was cooked. Perfect just the way I like it medium rare, but it was so tough. I couldn’t eat it. I ended up throwing three-quarter of it away.
