Nom Nom BBQ!Family shared the ultimate platter.Brisket and pulled pork was a little dry.Beans were amazing, Mac and cheese was good. Ribs were great, corn bread was yummy.We did have to wait 20 mins for a seat. Place is quite popular.Was a nice experience

We came to Toledo to watch the solar eclipse. We ate at Shorty's because of it's high ratings. They weren't high enough. The food was delicious. Their onion rings were soooo good. I also got the Boss Hog burger, a must try. This is where I will eat anytime we're traveling through the area. Great staff. There are so many items on the menu that I am dying to try. If I didn't live 30 minutes north of Detroit, I would be a regular.

The bbq is good, but it could be better. I found that the brisket was on the dry side and not as tender as one would expect. The french fries are, in contrast, really great fries.

Food was fantastic and fairly priced.What made our visit exceptionally enjoyable was our awesome server Marlene. She was extremely personable and accommodating.
Shorty's true American Roadhouse is a really good place with really good atmosphere and excellent food and service!Parking: Parking is located on the east and west side of the restaurant as well as along the street side.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is at ground floor level.
You used to have the best beef ribs then they change them for a different brand and you used to get unlimited cornbread now there's no beef ribs no unlimited cornbread. We were Die Hard customers we don't go there anymore bring back the cornbread and original beef ribs and I would be back tomorrow

Food was good. My only real issue was the restroom situstion. I hope they will consider to expand the stall door to toilet distance. It was awkward because there is no distance for your legs. So you have to practically stand straddling the toilet in order to get out.

The food was just okay. I've had a lot of good BBQ, but this isn't it. We ate as a family. We did like the Memphis egg rolls. The kids had pulled pork sandwiches which were decent, but the fries were not good enough to eat. My wife had a pulled pork baked potato with green beans side. It was large in portions, but not worth ordering again. The beans were over cooked. I had the short ribs at market price. I should have gotten a steak...

Very slow service. Waiter didn’t check on us. They told us that since we were a party of ten (three families) they had to group us on one bill and charge 18% for the tip. He didn’t deserve 18%! We won’t be back. Oh! And my brisket was very fatty.
