03/10/24 7:15PM, Came here for a doordash order and two ladies at the pick up desk told me 5-10 minutes.... after 30 minutes I unassigned the order and left... not to mention the restaurant was not busy and the order was a small order of wings...

Ordered take out at 6:30 p.m. and the short gal working/rolling silverware was absolutely the rudest person we have dealt with in several years. We ordered over $70 of take out and she refused to give us napkins because you don't get those for take out orders. We tried to also use my Birthday coupon for a free entree and instead of simply stating sorry these these can't be used for take out orders she snarkly barked "I hope you don't plan on using that for takeout". This is my Birthday week and we are in the area every March for my Birthday & Local Beer Show. The Food is Amazing but this gal has us wondering if we every visit again.

My Sister and I took our Aunt to this Sidelines, on Laskey Road, for her 69th Birthday!!!! We told our waitress this as well. ALL our Aunt wanted was a B.L.T. and some waffell fry's. We put our order in, and the server came back with, " We don't make B.L.T's anymore. Um, okay, we know you have bacon, tomatoes and bread... We would have paid extra for our Aunt to have what she wanted on her Birthday!!! But, no. we do not make that. Come on Sideline's!!!! She wasn't asking for a Filet Mignon, or anything like that!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I am sorry, but that entire meal was just not good. My husband ordered chicken strips and they looked like chicken shoe strings. The deep dish pizza was obviously a store brought crust and wasn't crispy. The toppings were skimpy. Literally two tiny nickel sized pepperonis per square slice (deep dish). The salad was okay, but you can't hardly mess that up.

Server was great food was great but I played keno and won 410 only for the manager to tell me they don’t have enough money to pay me which is ridiculous considering you are still allowing people to put there money In the machine. Poor business ethics. If you can’t pay out the of 599 or less then you shouldn’t have the machine.

First time buyer, I order a cheeseburger plain with only meat and cheese with fries to go. They messed up the order and dumped everything onto my burger and fries the juices soaking the buns/fries making it completely un appetizing for me. I really do regret spending over 15 dollars on a plain burger meal which I won't end up eating even after clarifying exactly what I would like on the sandwich. Waitresses were also not very friendly, nothing about my experience would make me want to return and spend money at this establishment.
