Visited this place on 11/7/25 the worst dine in experience thus far for me. The fountain drink both mine and my husbands were watered down, asked for a different drink and the second drinks were also watery. Food was very over cooked and had no flavor. Our bill was almost $50.00 and not worth it at all, we will not be returning to this place terrible!!!

My wife ordered foul balls in honey bbq they were way over cooked, my burger was overcooked and dry. It seems like all the prices went up at the same time as quality and service went down. It’s a shame because my extended family ate there all the time and now always suggest other places to go with better food and service.

3 of us had the perch dinner on Sunday 8/10
And the fish and waffle fries were over cooked - we did tell the waitress- but nothing was done about it
That’s the third time I’ve eaten there that the food was not what it should have been
There were 6 of us last night , I did not choose to eat there

we have been visiting Sidelines, in general, for a LONG TIME. We have been going to this location for several years. It has gone so downhill. Qe came in tonight, after not visiting for 2 months, and it was still disappointing. barely anyone in the restaurant (staff) and we were here over half an hour before our food came out. They were not even busy. They burger was average at best. Grilled chicken tenders with 2 sides of fries came out looking like a kids portion and the Mac and cheese with chicken was dry. PLEASE bring this location back to what it used to be!

Did not have a pleasant experience. Tessa was not attentive and service was slow. The drink I had tasted like straight syrup. Sadie who wasn’t even a server, gave us our food, a new drink & boxes. Tessa told Sadie to buss tables instead. Food was room temperature. Only good thing we had were the fries & mashed potatoes.

Yesterday I went for lunch and I will not return. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered had one slice of cheese probably Kraft single and corn as a side that was cold no flavor. I ordered the fried green beans which were good. Diet Coke was flat !

I recently visited Sidelines V - Sylvania, which seems to be a part of a chain. The vibe is what you’d expect from a classic sports bar: nothing flashy, but cozy and comfortable. There are two main seating areas—one larger side with low-top tables and booths, and a smaller side with high-top tables. Both sections have their own bar areas and are filled with plenty of TVs (some were off), some showing sports and others playing movies. For those of you who are wondering if you can bring your kids, there were some families with young kids on the smaller side.

The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure about which cider to get, and they generously offered samples of two, which I really appreciated. I ended up going with the St. Julian Forbidden Fruit Cherry cider, and when it arrived, I was shocked—a tall, 23 oz cold glass for just $7. Great value! It was refreshing, and a great pick for anyone who enjoys fruitier ciders. If you’re into sweeter and fun ciders, the Boardwalk Pink Lemonade is also a nice option.

After 8:30 PM, they offer daily deals—including half-off select pizzas and $5 select appetizers. I took advantage and ordered the Veggie Pizza and Pretzel Bites.

The Veggie Pizza was a little bigger than the size of my hand with a thin crust, a generous layer of cheese, and a decent variety of veggie toppings. The major downside was that the cheese and toppings didn’t stick well to the crust, so everything kept sliding off with each bite. Still, at $6, it felt like a fair deal.

The Pretzel Bites were strange… They had a dark, tough exterior that made them look slightly overcooked. They were still edible, especially when dipped in the accompanying cheese sauce, but I probably wouldn’t order them again. That said, for $5, it wasn’t worth making a fuss.

They also offer happy hour, late night eats, and daily specials, which I’ve attached photos of, as well as some menu pages. Overall, while the food had a few hits and misses, the great drink value and nightly deals make this a place I’d definitely come back to.
