We stopped in for a late dinner and caught some great specials on appetizers and drinks. Server was awesome making a Sheerly temple and just making sure we where taken care of. Food came out great. Side salad was refreshing after a hot day of work. Almost as much as the cold draft.

The workers seemed to really hate their job and took it out on the customers. If you hate your job that much that you are purposefully being rude to customers then get a new job.. if your gonna be so bad at customer service then get a different job where you don’t have to talk to costumers especially if your going to be deliberately rude to the people that give you money to do your damn job.

Light skin host was extremely rude for no reason at all. My thing is if you’re miserable coming to work that much don’t even bother clocking in if that’s how you’re gonna treat customers. Managers attitude was disgusting as well. That’s why this place has the worst reputation of any other restaurant.

Ive only been a few times but the food is always fantastic! My bartender was kalie and she was awesome, such a friendly girl will definitely be going back a lot more.
Sidelines is absolute garbage I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat

I dislike saying this. Yet it happens almost every time I come to this location and Brooke M is my server at the bar. It seems I a younger/middle age customer gets treated differently than the older/sir customer. I'll give an example from just today. The way she greets them is different. I never get a how's your day going. Yet the 3 different older customers who came in after me got a much more pleasant greeting. She had conversations with them even if it was short. Even ask if there food was good. She only brought my food after only asking me if I need a menu. Never asked if my food was good or right with my custom order and I never got even a have a good day when I left. Feels a bit disrespectful and is disappointing. Sidelines is my favorite place to eat.. I've been a regular customer since day one at the Maumee location when it opened. I eat sidelines a several times a month easily around $20-30 each time. I love the food, trivia nights, the at atmosphere, and of course the servers. Most know me by name and always know what I order and don't have to ask. I come to this location when I work on this side of town. I don't have this kinda service with any of the other waitresses at this location. I apologize for the review yet it's seems every time I have her as a server I leave with a distancing feeling and poor service.
