Nice coffee, scolding hot. Not a typo -- I was scolded several times by an employee for not complying with the dish-clearing, garbage-disposing routine. There are no instructional signs and no visible place to put dirty dishes, just commands to go around the corner and do it right. And to try again, this time with the forks on top for their convenience. I've always liked the pastries here, but I won't be returning unless friends force me to go. Customer service training is needed. Food and coffee are a 5, ambience is a 4 or 5, but getting upbraided by a counter worker dropped my vote down to a 3.
