Service is absolutely terrible! Ordered a fish and shrimp meal with another order of chicken and fries only to get all chicken and fish. When I called to see if I can get the order corrected the little girl that answered the phone arguing with me up and down about an order that she knows I made because she took the order and just didn't want to correct it because she knew she was wrong. She was totally rude and obnoxious. The chicken wings on the menu says whole wings. What they fail to mention is these chicken wings were freshly hatched whole chickens wings instead of whole adult chicken wings. Wings so small they barely have meat on them! With this type of service I will write this as one of the worst places I've ever been in the city of Toledo Ohio. Save yourself the trouble of wastting your time and hard earned money on this Sham shack!

Just eat the catfish.Absolutely delicious.Best catfishI've ever eaten love their coleslaw.With it, the fries are good.Just eat the chicken and shrimp.Absolutely, the best chicken and shrimp.I've ever eaten the chicken even though I didn't get the lemon pepper on, it was absolutely had perfect taste.The shrimp is absolutely the best.I've ever eaten got the two piece ocean perch with a side of hush puppies, the hush puppies beats long johns, captain d's anywhere else you could ever get them.They beat em the fish the ocean perch is the best i've ever eaten.And i've eaten it on puttin bay island and everything the coleslaw is absolutely great
Fried ocean perch was out of this world! Highly recommend the seasoning. Fries, hush puppies and coleslaw were all excellent 👌 would give it 10 stars if I could.

Charged me 28$ for a Talipa shrimp and chicken combo when I could’ve ordered a talipa and shrimp and added a 4 piece chicken for 18$ they charged me 10$ for a extra piece of chicken

I’m visiting to Georgia and I know what they was tryna do but missed. I order catfish - fried extra hard . The crunch was there but taste wasn’t . It’s like it was seasoned season less …. Like it was bland but it wasn’t but it was . My fries was old. The girl that was responsible for getting the food off the thing was on her phone in between packaging food. With gloves on. The bathroom didn’t have no soap- but I’m glad the employees bathroom did. Maybe I should try something else but I really wanted some good fish.

I live out of town and sometimes go to UTMC hospital for my sister. I stopped at Snappers last week and we purchases catfish dinner and mushrooms. My catfish was awesome. It was seasoned perfectly and everything was delicious. I look forward to going again soon.
