Person at window was rude about taking my order because she couldn’t hear me, then when I had to order more than one thing (lord forbid 🙄) she stated “ughhh ok”. Didn’t talk to me at window or even have a hand open for the money I was trying to hand her, instead shoved both my drinks out the window while I had no hands to retrieve (because I was expecting to pay first for the goods). Not a fan of service at all.

My burger was soggy, and gross. I felt like I got my food too fast. Look, no veggies or nothing just a soggy microwaved burger that I took two bites out of before realizing how gross it was. Consider training your workers better or finding people who actually do their job!

Food has been made correctly (have picky eaters) and the drinks are delicious. Line can be pretty long in the evening.

I ordered, among other items, a Diet Limeade through Mobile Order for pickup. At the window, the Diet Limeade I received was not a diet drink, it contained limeade slushy syrup. The ingredients for a Diet Limeade are Diet Sprite, Ice, and a Lime. This is a reoccurring issue that I just want to be cleared up. Thank you!

They were out of CO2 so I couldn't get the drink I wanted and then when I got to the window they didn't even have the right drink that I ended up getting. The drink even tasted like they dumped a bottle of lime in the drink. What I ended up getting was a sugar free blackberry slushie with a couple slices of lime. I also wanted to order at the car hop area and had to go through the drive thru because they said they couldn't hear me, even though I could hear them.
