Order was wrong. They didn’t have certain items and didn’t tell me, instead they substituted mozzarella sticks for more onion rings, I even asked for extra marinara sauce and she gave it to me!?! Paid for extra chili for my tots did not get that. Got a smash burger and it looks like the regular patty. I will not be back to this location at least not at 10pm on a Monday lol 26.00 down the drain…very inconsiderate people…0/10…should have tried Oregon…

Half the time when I order my Route 44 cherry limeaide either the cherries aren't in it or the limes aren't in it. The soda a lot of the time taste like mildew. It's so disappointing when you go once in a while for a treat and your order is not completed correctly. 😢

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Tried going through the drive through at 12:30am when they close at 1 and was not served. I proceeded to drive around the drive through and saw 2-3 workers hiding behind the counter so they wouldn’t not have to serve me. Terrible restaurant and will never be coming back.

I think one of us is unclear on their jobs. I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time ordering here.

Parked for half an hour. Press the red button had the button unpressed on me. Pressed it again, waited another 15 minutes and not even hello There is a long wait., was given.
Parking: Don't come hungry. You will not be leaving with food.
Place was nice, clean, and up to date. Service was decent even tho I had to start making noise in order for the drive thru worker to start speaking to me. Food was fresh and hot but I do not recommend the chili cheese wrap, it dropped the ball with flavor and I didn't really like the chips inside.

We are placed our order and accidentally got the wrong slushy. We went back through without an issue and got our correct order which was brought out before we even got to the window. Worker had a smile on her face and was extremely kind. Need more workers like her! She had red tattoos on her arm, didn’t get a name but we love her!
