I want to say first that the young woman who brought our order was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. We were traveling and just needed a place along our route for some quick food and restrooms. I know this is fast food and was definitely not expecting fine dining, but I have eaten at several Sonics all over the country and had great food. The food here was GROSS and the order was wrong. The place looked trashed and had me wondering if it was this bad in the parts we could see, what does the kitchen look like? The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. They were full of trash, covered in human waste and looked like they had never been cleaned. Please don’t misunderstand me, this wasn’t a case of another customer made a mess and the staff hadn’t cleaned it yet. It looked like years of messes that had never really been cleaned. 🤢 DO NOT STOP HERE. I might just avoid Toledo completely the next time I am traveling through.

Food is always good when I go there! Service is bout what it is everywhere in Toledo... However there stalls are way to cramped, the menu board to my right took my passenger side mirror clean off when I backed outta my spot 🤬 .. aww well that's what epoxy is for! Love the pretzel sticks though 🥨
Person at window was rude about taking my order because she couldn’t hear me, then when I had to order more than one thing (lord forbid 🙄) she stated “ughhh ok”. Didn’t talk to me at window or even have a hand open for the money I was trying to hand her, instead shoved both my drinks out the window while I had no hands to retrieve (because I was expecting to pay first for the goods). Not a fan of service at all.

My burger was soggy, and gross. I felt like I got my food too fast. Look, no veggies or nothing just a soggy microwaved burger that I took two bites out of before realizing how gross it was. Consider training your workers better or finding people who actually do their job!
