Wow... Everything is cooked to order, the egg rolls are hand rolled and fried in very clean oil. Soups are fantastic, and the sushi is perfect. Excellent Asian restaurant with Korean and Japanese tastes! Hidden gem!!!

Staff was amazing while accommodating our large party last minute because our plans elsewhere didnt work out. Sushi and nigiri was fresh and delicious. Gyoza and agedashi tofu were also amazing! Nothing bad to say about this place only had an amazing experience.

I've never, ever had a bad time coming here. The staff is always so wonderful, and the food is delicious. It's pretty much my #1 sushi stop in Toledo. The owners clearly care about the quality of the business, and I hope it serves the area for many years to come.

While looking for someplace to eat, my daughter and I drove by Sori Sushi a couple times, not realizing it was there. However, while small, the relaxed sushi business has proven to be a great option for a dinner or lunch. The seating is nice, with quick servers and a clean environment. Light piano music and a quiet atmosphere make the restaurant feel very homey and comfortable. On top of that, the food is tasty, feeling filling but not heavy like other sushi places. It tastes fresh and is beautifully served. Next time you're near the area, try Sori's for a change.

If you're looking for a small, locally owned quiet place with really great sushi, this is it. My husband and I have been eating here for years, for both lunch and dinner. Some of our favorite rolls are the Alaska, Spicy Tiger, Crunchy, Spicy Tuna, and Diablo. All the rolls are very good. The quality of the fish and other ingredients is excellent! We also love the Ahi Tower and always start with Kani Su, which has a delicious dressing that I end up dipping my rolls in later. The dinner salad has a refreshing homemade ginger dressing with possibly a hint of orange. Delicious! The sushi chef, Kenny and his wife Sori are very kind and welcoming, which makes me love going there even more.
