Took my family on Christmas Eve for the buffet. We paid $25 a plate for basically school cafeteria food. Maybe the food is better off the menu on normal days, but based on this experience, I will not be back and do not recommend.

After we were sat (party of 2) it took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us. In that time she was sat with a party of 7. She took our drink order then theirs. And then brought our drinks out with theirs and took both tables orders. We waited another 10 min for our salads. Of course she brought theirs at the same time. We never saw our server again until our food came out 30 minutes later. I got a trio plate and my lasagna was burnt and raw, my chicken was cold and rubbery. Our server never checked back. We flagged down the manager and told her. She took the plate ( was suppose to bring it back) and brought out our check after taking off her meal. Still haven't seen the server. NEVER GOING BACK I have been looking forward to Spaghetti Warehouse

Had a 80th Birthday Party for 27ppl at Toledo location when we arrived the hostess acted as if she couldn’t find the reservation took her awhile. The Service was absolutely horrible. Nothing was setup accept silverware & s&p shakers on tables. I mentioned extra napkins, Carryout boxes, Parmesan for the guest most are elderly taking their meals home, extra napkins to eat with one napkin rolled in silverware isn’t enough, no Parmesan or Red Pepper Shakers on tables. The 2 Servers assigned was always missing never came back with what supposed to. Took orders per table then come yelling with plates, spaghetti spaghetti who ordered spaghetti instead of reading theirs pads did it with lasagna & so on. Then asked again for to go containers for food & we was cutting the cake finally I went got one. Guest asked for Coffee during cake time no one received any they disappeared with none. I was so disappointed how the service was for $700. If they would had it set ahead the right way they wouldn’t had keep disappearing for nothing. The food wasn’t even hot. Each server carried 2 plates at a time yelling what they had. The bathrooms was closed for remodel had go downstairs in basement was freezing cold nothing handicap accessible.We never had a Manager come check on party if we did I would have privately pulled them aside told them

Went to Spaghetti Warehouse for a Christmas party for a non-profit I support. They offered a selection of 5 entrees to choose from and salad. Service good. My spaghetti & meatballs was good. Tennis ball sized meatballs.

I drive to Toledo every November to treat my niece to lunch here. I have also been to the Akron location, however I enjoy the Toledo restaurant much more. Menu has a lunch section so you can order smaller portions if you wish. Free parking is directly across the street from the restaurant. Mudhens stadium is within walking distance,

We had a large party for our Mother's 100th birthday party. The food and service was awesome. The whole staff was so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help in any way they could. We would highly recommend going to this restaurant. We would not hesitate to go there again.

Unfortunately we had the worst meal I have ever been served in a restaurant on November 21(Friday evening). We waited about ten minutes to be seated as the hostess disappeared after seating the couple in front of us. The place was empty so there was no excuse for the wait. When we were seated our server was nice enough but our service was very slow. I ordered the vegetarian lasagna which I learned was sold out (it was only 7:30) so I tried the marinara/alfredo mix on spaghetti. It was horrible (I would have preferred spaghetti-O’s from a can) the sauce was tasteless and served over spaghetti noodles which were over cooked and inedible. My daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs and could only eat the meatballs as her noodles were as bad as mine. My grandson also took one bite of his pasta and asked if he could get an order of fries. The fries were fine. No complaints. When we asked for the check it took another 20 minutes to get our check and my credit card back. One last complaint. The downstairs area by the bathrooms smells horrible. It reminds me of the beer room in a rock and roll bar in the 70’s. I was very disappointed. We used to enjoy going here when my daughter was in school at the University of Toledo. The food was good and a good value.

Both mine and my dad’s meals (chicken parmesan) was dry and overcooked. They remade it and it was dry again. The wait staff was bad (there was only us and one other table in the entire restaurant). The wait staff brought out my young son’s drink with the lid not completely on and spilled all over his body. The wait staff was told it was my grandma’s 92nd birthday and they did absolutely nothing for her. At the end of this evening, the staff forgot to bring us bags to take the meals home do my dad had to walk up to the front to get his own bags for the rest of the family.
Prior to last night, it has been 7 years since I have been to this restaurant, I don’t plan to ever return. It was horrible!
