For the only starbucks for milesss, the hours suck I'd be there every day 247 If their hrs made sense want me to come work there makes no sense to me I'm from Seattle Washington there's a Starbucks on every corner and open 7days a week and normal hrs there's hardly any here in toledo but yet have 2 drive thrus a mile apart on the west end, come on starbucks I need my coffee

As a former Starbucks barista, I noted that some of the drinks I ordered were made correctly, but still tasted good nonetheless. Very busy location. Just wish that there was a bathroom available for public use.

Pass on this particular store. Ordered an Americano an received water and cream steamed with out the coffee. The staff were blasé like they couldn’t afford to be bothered. There was no one in there. It’s like they didn’t want dirty the machines as they would be closing soon.

I came from out of town to see the city and absolutely loved my iced cherry chai! When I walked in I wasn’t greeted until someone came from the back and spoke. There was a cashier at the register but she didn’t acknowledge me due to her head being down, although the sunglasses were very stylish! Other than this, the drink and atmosphere were great.

The girl Elliot was very rude because we got there before closing and did not let us used the restroom even though we made a purchase of $50 and threw us out the store. We come from New York for the first time to visit Toledo Ohio we love Starbucks but we had the worst experience in this particular Starbucks, don’t buy here if you don’t want your day to be ruined.

I frequent this location. I love starbucks, especially this location. The ladies are so nice here and the service is great. My drinks are always made the way I like, there is always a deal on my favorite cups and I am always in and out in a timely matter, no matter how long the line can get. I really like the quiet relaxed atmosphere that this location offers. Its really nice having a SB location within walking distance from my job.
They need to be open longer. Lots of people I've seen try and go to it at 4p or on a weekend and they're closed. Ridiculous

We had a great little outting at Starbucks in downtown Toledo. We had a great time, plus the drinks were great. I got a peppermint Frappuccino, and mmmm, it was so good. I also got an impossible breakfast sandwich. My son got hot coco, and my daughters got caramel crunch Frappuccinos.
