I love to get hazelnut cappuccinos here and the people who work always make it just right. The only down side to this Starbucks is that they close crazy early at 3 pm

I frequent this location. I love starbucks, especially this location. The ladies are so nice here and the service is great. My drinks are always made the way I like, there is always a deal on my favorite cups and I am always in and out in a timely matter, no matter how long the line can get. I really like the quiet relaxed atmosphere that this location offers. Its really nice having a SB location within walking distance from my job.

They need to be open longer. Lots of people I've seen try and go to it at 4p or on a weekend and they're closed. Ridiculous

We had a great little outting at Starbucks in downtown Toledo. We had a great time, plus the drinks were great. I got a peppermint Frappuccino, and mmmm, it was so good. I also got an impossible breakfast sandwich. My son got hot coco, and my daughters got caramel crunch Frappuccinos.

Best starbucks in town. Dana, Jasmine, and Savanah are among the few that make your drink exactly according to specifications and for the more picky people- it is a welcomed change from the norm. Fast. Consistent. Delish.

The only words I have to describe this location is "emotionally abusive."I went to this Starbucks during my lunch break to get my spirits up. I ordered a caramel mocha with almond milk, decaf, no whip. Something about me is if real milk is used in my drinks it's horrible for me. My gut would be ruined for days if I drank it, so I'm always VERY intentional about making sure I order almond milk and repeating my own order in my head. When I ordered the almond milk, it even came up on that little screen that faces you as the customer. I am a nice person in general and the cashier and I got along well, and were very kind with each other, and I thanked her. I want to make that clear because sometimes customers can be mean to retail/food workers and they bring these situations on themselves.I also watched the barista to make sure almond milk was used. Well, unfortunately, this barista (a woman with short hair) did not use almond milk. Starbucks in particular I always have to keep an extra close eye on for some reason when it comes to using the right milk, so I was already dreading having to bring it up to her when she brought it to me.When I told her I ordered almond milk, her persona became extremely vindictive in her tone and body language and said "well it doesn't say you ordered almond milk on the receipt so I don't know what you want me to do about it." I had to argue with her and I've NEVER had to argue with a worker in my life, so her explosive reaction almost made me speechless. She basically blamed me for something the CASHIER rang up wrong and refused to remamke it for me at first. Then she finally conceded, after publically humailating me in front of two other customers, and had the cashier ring me up for almond milk individually.I was already having a really rough day, and this was my way of trying to perk up my mood, so I was in absolute tears as I left. I threw the drink away after taking a sip because I just couldn't handle the association and then became paranoid that maybe she got the decaf order part of it wrong too.I sobbed in my car, confused and hurt, my day piling on. Eventually I called Starbucks customer service and reported the incident because I just couldn't let this go. I have never been treated badly at any coffee place EXCEPT Starbucks. Even at other locations, the workers are plain rude. This is obviously an issue with the company in general if so many locations are like this.Even though customer service gave me credit to use, I will be giving it to my friend, because I just can no longer support a chain that emotionally abuses their customers and blames them for stuff that isn't their fault.I am a regular at both the Sylvania Biggby and Rustbelt, so I typically get along really well with baristas, to the point where we know each other on a first name basis. This situation makes me want to bring gifts to both my regular spots now and thank them for not being like this location.

Staff closes the store whenever they feel like it. I have been multiple times at 3pm and they are already closed. The drinks do not taste the same as other Starbucks. Refresheers are made very weak and even the coffee taste watered down. Worst Starbucks experience on multiple occasions.
