Bad attitude, you'll never know your drink is done because they won't call it out. Take 10 minutes out of my day waiting for a drink that is done, you bet I'll take 1 minute to leave you a bad review. I have things to do and places to be. Bad service everytime

This Morning me and my daughters went to Starbucks in Kroger my daughters was fine mine had no taste to it at all so I asked to remake it they did and it was still bland spent almost $20spent.my birthday gift card there and my coffee was horrible thanks Starbucks will not be back to that one !!?

Can rarely go wrong with kroger Starbucks. Though I wish they hired more people or paid better so people were willing to stay longer.If it gets busy those two people behind the bar definitely start looking like they're drowning.

Absolutely hooorrrrible service with some of the new employees, if you already don’t know what your doing you shouldn’t be rude to the customer when we are being patient with you , 35 minutes to make a vanilla bean, add exspreso, and Carmel crunch, first one she hands me was the wrong size , tried to tell me that’s what I ordered, no mam, I repeated exactly how I said it because I asked for a large I didn’t use the name bc I am honestly unsure of the size names everytime , she re did it and not only does it taste horrible like old stale coffee, but she didn’t add crunch coat WHICH I PAID FOR. So her response was to take and sprinkle a TINY bit on top and say HERE, like it was my issue she made it wrong twice. I SPENT 35 minutes waiting for the wrong drink , nasty attitudes , AND for it to taste bad, get this all the time only drink I get so I know what it should be like . Will be driving to the one in Michigan Kroger from now on .

Went there today got two moca cookies and cream drinks they didn't taste right so I went back to tell them and the girl working looked at me like I was stupid and said I made them right and that was it what a waste of money

It's great when they actually have ingredients... which isn't often! Get same thing everyday past 3 weeks they are out of Chai none stop! If you can't keep up with inventory more needs ordered I mean come on!

so a year ago I left a review and it was 5 stars. When the old manager Nick was here things were always great service and drinks tasted amazing. The last 5 months of so have been horrible. unfriendly staff and they do not make the drinks correctly. if you pay for 3 shots of expresso you get 1. I have been drinking the same drink for years and now it's a waste of money because it's just nasty and staff gets upset if you ask them to make it correctly.
Our barista Teena was the sweetest ever!!! I wish I was able to leave a tip here, the baristas were working hard alone on the line! My drink was delicious, 10/10!
